As you open the front door, the home reveals a bright open-concept social area with a spacious living room, dining area, and wide modern kitchen, all framed by large sliding doors and endless ocean views.

To the right of the social area is the first bedroom, featuring a queen bed, private bathroom, closet space, and a comfortable area for working remotely or simply relaxing in privacy and access to the ocean view.

Near the dining area, a convenient half bathroom also provides access to the laundry room.

To the left side of the home, the second bedroom offers peaceful garden views and its own private bathroom. Further down the hall, the third bedroom overlooks the parking area and also includes an ensuite bathroom. From the pool terrace, guests can either walk downstairs or use the private elevator to access the lower level, where the separate guest apartment and garage are located. Welcome to Casa Halcón. This is a high-end private residence, not a party house. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Registered Guests Only

Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is allowed on the property.

No unregistered visitors without prior written approval.

Events, parties, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Please respect neighbors and community regulations at all times.

3. No Smoking

No smoking inside the house.

Smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Evidence of indoor smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.

4. Pets

No pets allowed unless pre-approved in writing.

Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

5. Pool & Outdoor Areas

Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.

No glass in or around the pool area.

Children must be supervised at all times.

6. Security & Safety

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Do not tamper with security cameras or alarm systems.

The property has exterior security cameras for safety purposes only.

7. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Report any issues immediately so we can resolve them quickly.

8. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: After 3:00 PM

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Late check-out must be approved in advance.

9. Respect the Property

No moving furniture without permission.

No illegal activities.

Do not use towels for makeup removal (makeup towels are provided).

10. Maintenance Access

Property management may need access for urgent maintenance or pool/garden service with prior notice whenever possible.

If any rule is violated, the reservation may be terminated without refund.
