    At Villa Estrella you will enjoy a five-star Costa Rican vacation experience. As the top rated all-inclusive villa in Costa Rica, Villa Estrella is the perfect vacation villa for wellness and business retreats, as well as families and groups who want to experience all the fun and adventure Costa Rica has to offer.

    Villa Estrella offers eight full-sized suites that can lodge up to 24 guests. Each suite provides 5-star amenities:
    Luxury bedding provides a great night’s sleep.
    Personalized climate control in every suite.
    Balconies expose you to the sights and sounds of Costa Rica or allow you to get lost in a novel.
    Private bathrooms have full facilities for your comfort and convenience, toiletries and hair dryer included.
    Large doors, windows and ceiling fans help you take advantage of the seabreeze and exotic jungle fragrances.
    For groups with a sizable number of younger children, Villa Estrella features a larger “group suite” with eight bunk beds. The kid in all of us will love the slumber party experience.


    Inclusions:
    All Inclusive experience with full staff, all meals and all beverages including house alcohol. Also included is private on-site gym, heated pool, heated jacuzzi, helipad and more! This villa even includes a dedicated driver and van for your group’s transportation!
    Rate includes: daily housekeeping and personal concierge, as well as night security and private on-site gym, along with the main 7 bedroom villa and separate studio (8 bedrooms total), with access to the heated jacuzzi, as well as All Inclusive detailed below:
    • All meals – breakfast, lunch, dinner, poolside afternoon appetizer, snacks and endless fruit bowl.
    • All beverages – house alcohol open bar for adults, coffee espresso bar, and all non-alcoholic drinks
    • A transportation service of air conditioned van and driver for your stay to take you back and forth to the local beaches, into the town of Coco, ( 8 consecutive hours/day), one group round-trip transfer from the Liberia International airport, 2 out of area trips to area attractions such as Rincon de la Vieja, Palo Verde or Tamarindo locations.

    ***Rates listed are All Inclusive for up to 8 guests minimum, rate for each additional guest is based on adult rates, please enquire for child and teen rates. Christmas and New Year's weeks include all-inclusive service for up to 14 guests.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

Words can’t describe how amazing our family stay was. From the breathtaking views, to the amazing staff who handled any and everything we needed. If we did not want to leave the Villa, there was definitely enough to do on the property. Listening to the howler monkeys while enjoying a cup of coffee, was truly something that you dream about. It was truly a trip that we will never forget. The pictures do not do it any justice the food was absolutely amazing. Our hosts Diego was sure to set up any excursions that we needed from massages,boat excursions & our family party with our very own DJ. We cannot say thank you enough to all of the staff for treating us like we were family for an entire week. Pura Vida~Until next time ❤️

Villa Estrella Costa Rica

Villa Estrella is Paradise!!!! I have been several times because this is definitely one of my favorite vacation spots. When you go to the Villa you do not lift a finger you just sit back and relax. The staff is incredible a full time chef will prepare your breakfast, lunch and dinner and these meals are awesome, plenty of great food. There is also your own private driver, daily housekeepers and bartender. What more could you need? The rooms are great, most of them have a view and many with balconies. There is a huge game room upstairs, which we enjoy in the evenings. Villa Estrella always surpasses my expectation!!!!!! I totally recommend Villa Estrella Costa Rica for your next vacation.

Idyllic vistas, fantastic staff, food, housing and pool

We were blown away by the views, the personable staff, the food, and the ability of all ages (toddlers to adults to grandparents!) in our 18 person family group to enjoy all that the villa had to offer, including delicious food catered to various ages. The interaction with the staff in both Spanish and English made us all feel like one big family group. Our pre-visit email conversations with the office staff were thorough and helpful in details such as cribs? Pool toys? and various amenities at the villa as well as suggested excursions. The office also organized first rate transportation as well as a very knowledgeable naturalist guide for our 2 national park excursions. Thank you thank you, Villa Astrellas. You are the best!!!

I just had the pleasure of staying at the World Class Villa Estrella in Costa Rica for a girlfriend retreat. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a kind and caring staff offering refreshing cocktails. Upon stepping into the Villa was a breathtaking view of the ocean from across a spectacular infinity pool. The great room was filled with exquisite birds of paradise florals and an enormous bowl filled with fresh Costa Rican fruit. Our highest expectations for the retreat were to be surpassed from there. The dining experience was five star and began with a Costa Rican flair breakfast and freshly squeezed juices and the best coffee you will ever drink. We were offered lunch that was fresh and delicious and out of this world appetizers and drinks each afternoon. Dinner was served on the serene patio by professional attentive waitstaff that meet every need. The phenomenal dinners included Chef prepared breads, soups, main dishes and desserts such as sea bass, mahi mahi, key lime pie just to name a few. The Dining experience was a "foodies" dream. Whether your stay a Villa Estrella is for relaxing such as a massage in the open air or adventure seeking Zip Lining all your expectations can be met here. Arrangements can be made by their knowledgable staff from the airport pickup to the excursions with elite transportation. I highly recommend Villa Estrella whether it be for a girlfriend or corporate retreat or family vacation. You will leave there with a deep appreciation for the Costa Rican greeting "Pura Vida" pure life a lifestyle that the Costa Rican people and especially the warm hearted staff here embrace.

Absolutely Breathtaking!

Villa Estrella is a phenomenal property! Gorgeous views, serene setting, elegant yet totally comfortable. We were greeted with warm and friendly service and had amazing meals prepared by the Villa's own chef. Our bartender learned our favorites and exposed us to new favorites. Our driver was happy to take us on a few jaunts and every time we returned to the Villa we were greeted with a specialty beverage and cold refreshing hand towels. We got a lot of exercise hiking up and down the hills to the beach and enjoyed Jazzercise with Suzy as our coach. This was a fantastic trip for our group of ladies ranging in age from 25 to 60 plus. Oh what fun it was and a great memory. I want to go back!

Bikini Boot Camp!

Just returned from a fabulous week at Villa Estrella. I can't say enough about the the villa, staff, food, amenities and overall experience. This is a great place for a big family get together, girls trip, couples trip, group activity retreat, etc. What stands out to me is the diverse range of activities from floating in the vanishing edge pool to reading a book to having a massage to zip lining to river tubing to fishing and sailing and more. The villa view is truly remarkable, one you just can't get tired of, whether drinking an early morning cup of coffee or a late day cocktail. We had a fabulous and memorable trip and would definitely return!

Memories for a lifetime

Villa Estrella is just beautiful! The staff is exceptional and fully trained to make your vacation in Costa Rica a beautiful memory that will last a lifetime! The Villa itself is truly five star accommodations from the rooms to the infinity pool to the wonderful dining experiences. We absolutely loved it and will definitely go again. The neat thing is the activities can be customized to everyone's interests and wishes from open air massages at the Villa, a sail trip by Monkey Island, Paddle Boarding, hiking to beautiful water falls, visiting the volcanoes, golf or Deep sea fishing to name a few! You name it, Villa Estrella can probably arrange it. Their transportation services are truly outstanding so no one ever needs to stress over driving in a foreign country. Did I mention the food? FABULOUS! The Costa Rican people are so warm and welcoming to everyone! Loved it!

50th Anniversary Celebration

We celebrated my parents' 50th anniversary at Villa Estrella. We were a group of 21, ranging in age from 10-69. Our experience exceeded every expectation. The house is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The meals were incredible and they were able to accommodate the picky palates of the younger kids. The staff really sets the place apart. Freddy, Victor, Mitch, Alberto, Blair, Marlany, Ana, and the rest of the team were great. Diego, the concierge, was always on top of things. There are so many things to do in the area, but our favorite memories took place right at the house. A wonderful way to celebrate a wonderful marriage.

"Natural" elegance!

This paradise, with a spectacular panoramic view of the water and mountains, brought nature and elegance together. The staff, from the moment of our arrival, made the experience one which will never be forgotten. I have called our stay an experience, because it was. We were transported to the Villa by Blair, a kind, warm and considerate gentleman. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the staff and made to feel special from the moment we exited the vehicle. Mich, made sure that everyone in our group “stayed happy”! He was attentive to our needs and wants – from the youngest to the “most mature” of our group. He was the ultimate “host”. Nothing was a bother and all was “okay”, from ensuring that our special requests were satisfied to making sure the fish that was caught was prepared, immediately, and served as our afternoon snack! He is a proud professional, as well as a caring person. Our chefs, Victor and Alberto could not have been more accomplished or considerate of our tastes and ages. Kudos! The villa was impeccably clean. Thank you Marlene and Ana for everything you did! You made us feel comfortable and welcome! Diego, thank you for checking on us everyday! You took time, in your busy day, to offer help and guidance. Robyn, we thank you for understanding our needing to change our dates! Perfect.

This was the best vacation I have ever taken. I love to go on trips and adventures so Costa Rica was a great place for me to get some R&R while also being active. There were activities to accommodate everyone in our group - from those who wanted the most action to those that wanted to chill out by the pool, Villa Estrella had something for everyone. The staff at Villa Estrella was outstanding. From the driver who picked us up to the bartender, kitchen staff, housecleaning crew, and "cruise director," every person at the villa went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfection. The food was to die for, the drinks were excellent and the house was gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to unplug, relax and enjoy the spirit of pura vida. I can't wait to plan my trip back to Villa Estrella!

From the very moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be a vacation of an entirely different caliber. As soon as I arrived at the villa, a drink was right there waiting. The food was unbelievable, and all the staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain fun to be around. Programming is top notch as well. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Vacation

This is absolutely the most wonderful place I have ever been. The food was just unbelievable. We were so impressed with the staff. The excursions were so much fun. I cannot say enough good things about this villa. This was my second visit and will go back as soon as I can. Pura Vida!

Beyond Expectationa!

First of all, I was apprehensive about renting a property, in another country, from a complete stranger. I trusted my gut instinct and decided to just go for it after speaking to Robyn on the phone. I had read the reviews and had high hopes. But, when the driver, Blair, approached the house and the entire staff stood outside to greet us, I knew we were in a special place and that my expectations would be exceeded. When our group of 16 saw the view, we were all speechless. There are no words. The amazing pictures do not do it justice. The staff is friendly, so helpful and you truly have nothing to worry about all week. Somehow, though, they are always in the background and never invasive. The home has an open air feel to it. The pool is perfect for large groups and drinking margarita mojitos on a float. The food is 5 star. We had guests that don't typically eat healthy food and they were inspired to start because it was so delicious! The drinks were fresh and never made from a mix. Whenever we returned from an excursion, we were greeted with cold towels and fruity drinks! We enjoyed the sunset catamaran and even saw whales! We went on a river safari, went ziplining and took mud baths. Yeah. Best vacation EVER! I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone. Worth every penny and when it's said and done, it's a great value. Just leave some weeks on the calendar for us to book! :)

Anniversary Celebration

My family traveled from across the U.S. to celebrate in style on my husband and my 50th wedding anniversary. Villa Estrella was a slice of heaven on earth for our group of 16 who range in age from 8 to 77. The staff was extraordinary, the food was first class, and there is nothing that can compare to the breathtaking setting of this glorious villa. Family Vacation

The owner made booking etc. very easy and provided us with all the pre trip requirements. From our arrival (which took our breath away) until departure, we received service, comforts, and meals that exceeded the finest of five star resorts but in a home atmosphere. Villa Estrella was everything our family of 14 dreamed of. The house and grounds are exactly as photographed. The super friendly staff catered to our every food and drink request and taste. Each member of this family says that the week at Villa Estrella exceeded their wildest expectations.

Our entire family agreed that it was the best family vacation ever and the perfect setting for a small wedding (13 of our family and 11 guests). Villa Estrella

All I can say is exceptional!!! What a beautiful home and beautiful country. The staff and chef are fabulous. My family had has made many memories at this villa. We love coming to visit. They treat you like royalty. I highly recommend this property to anyone who loves nature, the ocean, the smiling people and all that comes with it. Pura Vida until next time.

Awesome adult family vacation

My parents took my brothers and our spouses on this wonderful vacation. The house was perfect! Small enough to enjoy each other's company but large enough to get away for private time. The staff was most accommodating. We encouraged Alberto the Chex to cook in front of us so we could get some cooking pointers. Blair the driver was extremely careful and never complained about driving us to town and back. Mich the bartender, And all around assistant did not mind us making our own concoctions and he even had tips for REAL drinks without sugar! The pool and view were breath taking. Diego the concierge answered our many questions and guided us to the best excursions to bring our 80's semi active parents. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

BEST villa in Costa Rica!

We had the best experience at Villa Estrella! From the time we were picked up from the airport to when we departed, everything was perfect. The Villa is beautiful, very clean, and the perfect size for a large group of friends. The views overlooking the infinity pool are breathtaking! We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, visiting beaches, kayaking and snorkeling. All the activities were perfectly planned by the staff. The staff was unbelievable! They provided breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and the chef was amazing! We ate every meal at the Villa. The food was so good, we ended up canceling our dinner plans in town. We will definitely be back to Costa Rica and cannot wait to stay at Villa Estrella again! It is by far the BEST!!

Pura Vida

I traveled to Villa Estrella with some of my friends and we had an amazing time! The view from the Villa is absolutely one of the best views ever! The Villa is amazing and the staff is friendly and truly provides you with a five star experience! My friends and I will certainly make it a point to visit Costa Rica and Villa Estrella again! Pura Vida!

5 star treatment all the way. Amazing views from every corner of the villa. Food was outstanding and the chef cooked food that is probably only found at a fine dining restaurant. All the staff at the villa were very accommodating.

Villa Estrella is the most incredible getaway. All of your needs are taken care of, and everything is so seamless! If you are able to pull yourself away from the incredible infinity pool and views of the villa, there are tons of activities to do - go to the beach, relax at Father Rooster (the beach bar), paddle boarding, sunset cruise, ziplining and white water tubing, surfing. The staff at the villa could not be more welcoming, attentive, and kind. Diego organizes all of your activities, and he makes everything happen seamlessly. You won't have to worry about car pick up times or any other logistics - Diego takes care of it all. Michel makes the most amazing drinks (pina coladas, margaritas, you name it!). The chef made healthy salads for us for lunch and delicious, fresh dinners. We had a delicious shrimp and avocado salad one day for lunch and an incredible fish and roasted vegetable entree for dinner another day. I would not eat out at all because the villa has such amazing food! The villa is a 30 minute drive from the airport in Liberia, which makes it very convenient for a 3 or 4 day weekend trip. Everything about the villa is just perfect! So much fun for a trip with a large family or a group of friends. I highly, highly recommend Villa Estrella!

Best Vacation Ever

Outstanding staff that is fully flexible and accommodating, second to none. The villa, drinks, accomadations and of course food, were also outstanding and absolutely top notch with everything you could possibly need. There are more activities than you can count and Diego and the staff will set them all up for you no problem! This was an amazing vacation for me and because of the staff and house and was extremely relaxing, care free and I'll do it again any day! Pura Vida!
