The property was as expected. The rooms was all clean. I had to report a cushion on the couch that had a tear. a big water stain was also on this sofa that I did not report. The concierge was very quick to respond to our communications. The staff were excellent.The beach was a short walking distance from the property. The sunset was beautiful. Check out was easy. We like the security on the property..

While there isnt quite a beach view from the room, it's a 5 min walk to a very nice beach. Property was clean and quiet, the 3rd bed is a firm but comfortable futon. Nice little pool, very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Hidden Gem

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and I did far less research than I normally do. I don’t know if it was the quietness of the season or in Playa Hermosa is as sleepy as it seemed. We felt like we stumbled into a great find. The accommodations were very nice, spacious and clean, and in good repair. The location is easy to get to but far enough off the main road to cut down on noise. Super easy access to the favorite beach we found. Hermosa was clean and quiet, almost felt private. We walked down most days, 8 minutes or so. The layout worked great for us, parents and a 21 yr old child, but wouldn’t be as good for 2 couples. The foam top in the main bedroom was far too soft for our liking. You might love it.

Lovely and well located property

This spacious and super clean unit is located walking distance to Playa Hermosa. The decor is lovely and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is pristine and it was super nice to have a doorman present. Sardinal is an amazing town, not at all touristy, and had a number of top notch restaurants (many of which are oceanside). The Luperon grocery store was a short drive away and had everything we needed. The property management company is super responsive and extremely helpful. This is an amazing value for the proximity to the beach, the size, in-unit laundry, and the included parking space.While we would absolutely rent again, there were a couple of things that could be approved upon. The coffee maker is tiny. We were a group of five adults and had to brew three pots every morning. In addition, the lighting in the bathrooms is really dim. It is sufficient for toilet usage and hand washing, but was really difficult for getting ready in the mornings. I recommend bringing a small pocket mirror and utilizing natural light from a window. Finally, the pull out sofa in the third room on the 2nd floor was rough. I am not picky and am used to sleeping in a tent, but this pullout felt less comfortable than that. We made it work by taking the twin seat cushion from the sofa in the en-suite and placing it on the pullout. That worked out great for a single person, but if two people needed to use the pullout, it might be an issue. Super minor negatives and way more positives.

Great vacation stay in laid-back beach town

The condo was in a great location in Playa Hermosa, quick walk to the beach, safe and great staff on site. The condo had everything we needed for meal prep and the pool was fantastic for our kids. Great for families or 2 couples.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in Paradise!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Costa Rica condo! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and luxurious experience. The condo was immaculately clean, moder spacious, and equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy furnishings that made it feel like a true home away from home. There were also special touches for the family such as all the beach gear which made the stay more enjoyable. The location was unbeatable, nestled in a serene spot with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and the sounds of waves in the master at night. Waking up to the sound of tropical birds and enjoying our morning coffee was pure bliss. The beach was just a short walk away, and it felt like having our own private slice of paradise. The nearby restaurants and activities provided endless options for fun, but honestly, we could’ve spent all day just lounging by the pool, which was sparkling clean and perfectly maintained. Playa Hermosa is perfect for families and a relaxing getaway. What truly set this property apart was the exceptional hospitality from the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing local tips, quick responses to questions, and a warm welcome that made us feel immediately at ease. If you’re looking for the ideal Costa Rican getaway, this condo is an absolute gem. We’re already planning our return trip! Highly, highly recommend!
