- This is a none smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. on top of that, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside.

- Please, deposit toilet paper inside the provided can.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. There is a $50 electricity cap on rentals over a week.

- No food or glassware in the pool area is allowed.

-Mandatory to enjoy at least one sunset at the beach!
