The house and pool were wonderful for our month long stay. Rich Coast Vacations was generally responsive. A few repairs were needed (Both umbrellas on the patio were broken, air conditioner broke in master bedroom, leak under master bath sink.) Cleanliness upon arrival was adequate. Housecleaner that we used after 2nd & 3rd week, Gretchen was amazing! She really attended to details & went above and beyond! She even helped me with washing windows and screens!We requested a bath mat for outside 2nd shower but it was not provided so we purchased a dish mat or used hand towels as a mat to prevent slipping on wet tile floor.We also purchased 2 sand chairs for visiting other beaches, 2 new pool noodles, and water toy for kids. Bring your own swim goggles, mask & snorkel. They are not provided and are difficult to find in Playas del Coco.Please note: Toilet paper is not replenished with cleaning service. Trash bags were replenished at our request.We rented golf cart through Pacifico-Suncoast, rather than the vendor that Rich Coast recommended, it was clean & had power steering.Use of the Pacifico Beach Club requires a car or golf cart as the distance is 5 min drive. Staff at the beach club are not very welcoming in explaining the 35 per person per day system for those of us who are new. The restaurant, Alma Santa, at the Beach Club is excellent. Other recommended places to eat: Father Roosters, The Lookout were also excellent with beautiful sunset views of the ocean.
