Bright modern comfortable newly built apartment - 2 beds, 1 bathroom

  • Excellent location for your stay or visit in Saskatoon. Located in new and developing area of Rosewood in Saskatoon, SK. The property is conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown area, 5 minutes from popular 8th Street and 15 minutes from the University of Saskatchewan.

    Clubhouse is currently closed for maintenance.

    Property is brand new and features all new furniture and appliances. Includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living area.

    Both bedrooms have queen sized beds.

    The kitchen has everything you need for everyday comfort during your stay. Rent also includes front load washer and dryer, Cable TV, and WI-FI access.

Great home away from home

We enjoyed our 2 night stay and found the place perfect for our needs. Decent kitchen to cook in and plenty of seating for a group of 4.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay. The clubhouse is nice. Sad the hottub was under maintenance but had a great visit. Close to the pub was nice too

Family getaway

Communication was great, place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. Pool/ club house was great and has perfect hours for a family with small kids! Will for sure stay again!

Great time!

Lovely place to stay. Modern and classy. So close to a main route, it cut down travelling time. Nice park close by if you like walking.

Perfect space for 2 couples

Enjoyed our stay! Great layout with a lot of space for 2 couples. Washer and dryer was a bonus and the pool and pool table was a nice addition. Quiet building, easy access, good parking. Would definitely book again! Thanks

Excellent accommodations

We rented a 2 bedroom condo over Christmas for our family to stay at while in town visiting family. The condo was clean, quiet, easy to access, and the perfect fit for what we needed. The kids loved the swimming pool even though the walk over was VERY cold over the holidays! My siblings also rented condos in this building which was a perfect arrangment.

Very nice apartment. Happy with our choice.

Suggestion…. A mirror would be nice in the second bedroom. Toilet paper holder needs to be tightened. Otherwise….it was perfect.

Great property will definitely stay here again. Front door keys do not work but work on side door. No a big problem. Other than that all was fantastic

Spacious & modern

Instead of a hotel stay while in Stoon to visit family, we got 3x the space in this lovely VRBO condo. Memory foam beds were VERY comfy, our kids got their own room, & kitchen was well equipped so we could have family for supper. Laundry & soap were appreciated since we’d been on the road for many days. The one disappointment was the hottub was out of order so the whole pool was closed, and we would have used it a lot, Tanya compensated us for this. We did enjoy the pool table in the game room. We’ll be back!

All amenities, cookware, plus some basic spices. Beds we’re comfortable. Couches were functional and looked nice but not so comfortable but fine. Clean, attractive place but some art appears to be missing (nails are present were pieces were hung and in the ad you can see there were pictures that are no longer there) but this didn’t affect our stay of course. Coffee filters, dish and laundry soap were there also. Heat and air conditioner worked well and were quiet. Quite a nice place.

Saskatoon stay

Condo was exactly as described. Very clean and enough room for two guests. Air conditioning worked great, however as there was no AC units in the bedrooms it was hot and in these rooms. The key to the condo building was a bit tricky (no issues with unit key) but once you figured out the magic touch on how to position the key, no issues. Kitchen was well stocked but I would suggest a few more glasses for beverages. All In all, would rent again in the future.

Bright, spacious - BUT no pool

The unit is bright, spacious, well maintained and looks exactly like the pictures. If sensitive to noise/light you may want to choose another unit. This unit is directly beside the building's main entrance and facing the parking lot. The front bedroom backs into the front lobby and the building's main door slams loudly with any entry or exit of residents all day/night. The back bedroom is much quieter, but lights up with any cars driving around the parking lot (even with the blinds closed). Many minor frustrations during our stay; power was turned off to all bedrooms. We had to locate the electrical panel and turn the breakers back on. The water was shut off to the dishwasher (thankfully we didn't turn it on and leave!). No scissors, sharp knives, frying pans or coffee maker in the unit. Cleaning staff advised us the pool has been 'under construction' (ceiling caving in) for months with no work being done currently or ETA of completion...Host was not easy to communicate with during our stay. (We did get a coffee maker dropped off half way thru the stay). We were told we would get a partial refund because they knew about the pool construction, but did not disclose - BUT we never recieved anything... Fantastic location and great and amenities near by, but not as described in listing... We would definitely stay in this building/area again just not this unit.
