The “Hafenmeister Gunnar” vacation rental, which is approximately 56 m² in size, is located on the first floor of a modern new building (built in 2025) with a total of five vacation rentals. The apartment is bright, cheerfully furnished, and offers plenty of space for families: There are two separate bedrooms—a master bedroom with a 1.80-meter-wide double bed and a desk, as well as a smaller children’s bedroom with a 1.40-meter-wide double bed.

The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and a cozy dining area. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. From the living room, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard—perfect for winding down at the end of the day.

A private parking space right next to the house, free Wi-Fi, and proximity to restaurants and shopping options provide additional convenience. Pets are also welcome here for a fee. The washing machines, which you can use via coin-operated machines, are located in the basement of the building.
