Interior was lovely and accurate to the listing. The only challenge was there was unexpected HVAC work going on so the building AC was off. Otherwise terrific place.

All as advertised, good deal at this price point. Had to provide info to guesty app so like booking twice. Host communicated well but actual response when coffee pot went out did not happen while we were there. 3 out of 5 days no coffee.

Communication was excellent!!! Responded in a timely manner. Place was clean and had everything we could have needed. Such a cute decor!!! There were games to play, but unfortunately one game had missing pieces, which other guests (I'm assuming here) lost Which is totally not cool. I strive to leave a place as good as I found it. I would recommend a swiffer, rubber broom to help clean sand and keep tidy. I like my floors tidy. We definitely utilized the broom. The coffee pods were nearly empty, so we bought some & left. There was a drawer 4 storage bags, but only held plastic grocery bags, so we bought some ziploc types & left them as well. We also found a boogie board at a thrift store and left that for the next occupants. We had a blast using it! There wasn't enough toilet paper for us for the full stay, (2 adults, 2 kids) but that's not something I would think they would have to provide. We did purchase some & left the rest. Also I recommend bringing your own beach towels or a beach blanket of some sort. They do have 4 lighter weight beach towels to use. But I brought my own & ad I did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this host overall though!!!!!! The issues I stated are not a make or break by any means. Oh, and the beds! I'm very particular about my bed. I've had back surgery. I've stayed in a ton of places and hotels for sports and traveling. Often I come home and can barely walk after a week. These beds are FANTASTIC!!! I HAD ZERO PAIN! To me, that's huge!!!!

We slept a 3-day weekend (non-holiday). Beach was amazing and not crowded. Found like-new beach chairs and umbrella along with beach towels and beach bag in the closet. Condo has been recently updated and is well appointed. Building is still under renovation (disclosed multiple times) but construction noise/traffic/dust was not an issue. Pool not available due to the construction but we were there for the beach so didn't care. Location is great and self check-in helps, esp when arriving late. Rating would be higher except for 2 issues1) It lists as sleeping 6 with 2 beds and a pull-out in the main area. BUT, there is no pull-out. I contacted the owner our first morning who had cleaning staff come by to help. Staff verified NO PULL-OUT! This meant my daughter had to sleep on the couch the entire stay. Couch is comfortable for sitting, not for sleeping. 2) Pictures of the inside are accurate but suggest beach view. Condo is on the street side - no issue with street noise if you are inside but the street noise really kills much of the joy of sitting on the balcony. Pictures suggested a beach view but there is none.

Great experience

This condo is in great condition and very clean. It is in an older building that was undergoing some repair while we were there. Communication with the host was near instantaneous and very helpful. I would stay again!

Very accurate description- clean, updated

Overall, a great stay. A few things that were easily sorted out with the property management. It was noisy early in the morning as there was work being done- this was specifically stated before we booked. Great updated feel to the place, little things could be better, but overall great choice. For the discounted rate- I definitely recommend. Hopefully the lights in the hallway get addressed soon.

Could not change thermostats. Very hot and humid in apartment. Luckily there was one small fan for the bedroom but still was constantly damp. Stated ocean views yes on other side of building i faced the. Noisy road. One of the worst places i have eber stayed. Shower in main bathroom leaked all over th floor. Left a day early.

Ok but construction on roof 7:30am daily

It was clean and beautifully decorated. We were informed of construction at the location but not the 7:30am daily wake up by the construction crew on our roof right above us. The shower in the master suite was difficult to reach and turn on. The closet on the 2nd bedroom was broken along with a lamp in the master bedroom. It was very close to the beach.

Great for our needs!

Great little condo that was perfect for our needs. Obviously recently renovated, very clean, good communication from hosts. Had everything we needed for a short stay including good kitchen utensils/pots/pans/spices. It is sandwiched between the ocean and a busy highway and due to hurricane damage is undergoing construction, but it was quiet inside and we were not bothered by noise at all. Note that the property beach access is currently closed, but there are plenty of public accesses all up and down the area, including one within walking distance of the property. Bonus, we could walk to decent coffee and the manatee viewing area!

Had a good time Condo has been renovated beautifully Beds are comfortable It’s pretty well stocked Great area 5 stars Some minor points for owner or mgmt co. master shower door needs to be replaced I think, because you can’t reach shower faucet from outside of shower have to get in and turn it on and it leaks from the bottom the door frame, it isn’t sealed. had puddle on floor when we got out of shower each time. slipping hazard especially for a senior citizen. outlet behind couch doesn’t work power strip/surge protector and living room floor lamp that are plugged into don’t work either. bedside lamp on right side in master bed broken or we couldn’t figure how to work. No parking pass in the unit, although it states you need one Thank you!

Satellite Beach in January

The building was clean and neat with good parking availability. The unit was spacious and nicely decorated. Even though we were on the street side of the building, we could see part of the beach from our balcony. We had a great week!

Great experience.

This apartment was perfect. Very nicely updated and decorated perfectly. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great and close to everything and the beach. The host’s responded quickly, and communicated well. If we come Back we would stay here again.
