Condo was at a great location, easy to get to, all sorts of stores were within a 5 minute drive or walk across the street. The condo building is an older one, but the condo has ben renovated. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances, plates and dishes, glasses, and utensils. The kitchen, dining, and living room all look over the ocean, it is a end unit with big windows looking north, which you can see in the picture. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with big window. The guest room with 2 queen beds didn't have a view, but it was a nice size. The other guest room had a king bed, it also had a sliding glass door that lead to a balcony which was great and another sliding glass door that had a hot tub which was blocked in on 3 sides the only view you have from the hot tub is if you look though the bedroom and out the balcony you can see the ocean. The hot tub is why we picked this unit and we used it daily. The crazy thing is I would have thought that this room would be the master bedroom, but it did not have a closet, mirror, or ensuite bathroom. If you have to go in the middle of the night you had to walk to the other side of the condo. There is enough parking, elevator, pool and a game room in the lobby of the building. It looks like it might have been a hotel at one time. I would definitely recommend this unit and will go back. We were fortunate to see a rocket launch while we were there also.
