Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting living space, tastefully decorated to create a relaxing atmosphere. The living room features plush seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Large windows fill the space with natural light and french doors lead to a private patio and association pool access.

EATING
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for creating perfect meals and is complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen opens to a cozy built in dining nook and you can find additional seating at the oversized breakfast bar.

SLEEPING
As the day winds down, retreat to the comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Primary bedroom offers a queen bed, private balcony and ensuite bath. Guest bedroom also features a queen bed and additional guest room has a twin bed. An additional full bath accommodates the guest rooms and a 1/2 bath is located on the main floor.

PARKING
There is space for two vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours maintenance service. "The location is top notch. Just a few minutes walk to downtown Saugatuck. The house is clean, spacious, in a seriously lovely location right by the water, and a really beautiful home overall.
