Weeklong stay near downtown

This property was perfect for easy walkable access to downtown Saugatuck and had great amenities like a pool, grill, washer/dryer, and well-stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!

Walking distance to downtown Saugatuck

I totally enjoyed my stay at the Bird's nest condo! It was clean, well supplied and such a great location. It was a very comfy place and hopefully I'll stay again next year!

Fun family vacation

The property was very clean and relaxing. It area was quiet and everyone seemed friendly. It was an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. Overall we has a very good week.

Perfect Location and Comfortable

My sisters and I enjoyed the Condo very much, a great location for walkability and was one of the best well stocked homes we have ever stayed in, ideal for cooking a meal and having everything you would ever need (including spices)!! Very comfortable beds even the pullout chairs to beds were comfy! Would definitely book again if we find ourselves back in Saugatuck area.

Very nice place!

Everything was perfect. Very nicely equipped probably the best I've seen. I had to say one negative remark and it was not even a big deal... the 50 stairs or the hill walk to town was our only issue.

Our complaints was the box spring in the master bedroom was extremely loud, creeking in a way that it could be broken. Besides that great visit..

Loved this location!!

The condo was great for our family. We loved the living room space and outdoor table. The location to Saugatuck is amazing. We walked everywhere and loved the spot so much. We had one issue- not the owners fault- and the communication was very quick and helpful. (Something fell off a wall in the middle of the night!)Our only complaint was the mattress in the bigger bedroom. I’ve never felt a harder mattress. I highly recommend this property but bring a pillow top cover for the king bed!!!All that to say, we would book the again.

a few things

Beautiful and comfortable furniture and artwork. Our main concerns were: Nowhere to store food in kitchen; shower floor extremely slippery; very poor lighting in master bath; couch in front of the master closet; and bottom step very difficult to see when coming downstairs (a rug would help there). We had a great stay. These are really just comments for the owners to know.

Great Condo

Everything is exactly as pictured! This is a condo that is easily walkable to downtown (helpful when parking is challenging). The back patio is relaxing with a glimpse of the water. Their guidebook is helpful if you’ve never visited the area. We did have one maintenance issue, but we’re able to quickly get help and feedback from the managing company.

Great Location

Great stay, condo as described and pictured. Very well appointed. However as previous review indicated there is something amiss with the master bed. Box spring or headboard is so loud and creaky it was uncomfortable to make the slightest move without waking other person.

Great location but some cleanliness issues

Hello! We loved the location of the condo. The pool was also great. The condo itself was perfect size. Some cons: -TV was hit or miss if it would work -Toaster was not working properly -Seemed as though the whole condo could use a deep clean. Floors seemed very dirty- socks were black from walking around. Lots of spider webs. Seems as though there was an ant infestation in the kitchen. Couch also seemed like it could use a good cleaning or be replaced all together. -Outdoor patio was not swept or table wiped down. All in all, we had a great time. The walkability of the condo to town is amazing. The pool also seemed very clean and was never busy. I just wanted to point out some of the cleanliness issues with the condo. Thank you! Kaitlin

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this location. Perfect walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Saugatuck. The unit was immaculate! Beds were comfortable and pull out sofas are perfect for single adults or little ones if needed. The pool is just outside your door and meticulously maintained. We had 4 adults and 1 child and had plenty of space. The only minor downside is there’s only 1 shower for guests to share but we managed just fine - a half bath downstairs really helps. We have stayed I. The Saugatuck and Holland areas several times and would definitely stay at this location again.

Beautiful Surroundings, Serene Escape

This property is located in such a beautiful neighborhood. The townhome itself has great light from all the windows with pleasant views of the neighborhood, flowers and trees. It was comfortably furnished and felt updated and new. We were very happy with our choice!

Nice location

This property has a nice location to downtown, only a short walk. There were a couple of minor things that need to be addressed by the property management company, but overall, a 5 Star rating.

Great Location

Overall, this was a great rental for our group. There is a new management company, and they seem to be working quickly to make improvements and were very receptive to suggestions.

Great Location with Pool

Location is on a hill but pretty much in town so can walk to everything. We were there for the 4th of July and parade goes right by the house which was nice. Big backyard as well. House itself could use some upgrades to furniture, but everything worked fine (grill, ac, dishwasher, washer/dryer), plenty of towels, trash bags, dish washer pods, etc. so had everything we needed. Pool was heated which was nice as well.
