- Retreat to this peaceful 1-bath vacation rental studio in the heart of Saugatuck - the perfect home base for Pure Michigan adventures for up to 2 adults and 1 child. This property is located in 'The Hill' a desirable area that is just a short walk to downtown. Climb up 282 stairs to Mount Baldhead and catch the sunset over Oval Beach or head to Holland for dining and boutique shopping. Whether you’re coming in the summer or winter, this is an ideal location to experience the Mitten State.

Great place
Very clean, nice owners, quiet, short walk to downtown and the water, easily can fit 3-4 people (although that is probably the most). You can’t walk to the beach but it’s a 15 minute drive. Fridge is small and kitchen is basic but we ate out a lot. If you plan to party in the vacation home, this isn’t for you but if you need a quiet place to stay after visiting downtown and the beach then it’s perfect. Holland is like 25 minutes away but I enjoyed Saugatuck more

Isolated getaway with fantastic nature views
Coming from the suburbs of Illinois to stay at this little getaway house was a perfect break. Coming during spring time allowed us to enjoy lush greenery outside all of the many windows in the home.

Great stay!
Great stay with Paul and Cheryl! My fiance and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The studio was very clean & cozy, and the bed was super comfy! It's also so close to downtown Saugatuck so that you can explore all the restaurants and shops! Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The space had everything we needed. It was very quiet with wooded space right behind the building which made us feel peaceful. We had trouble linking up to the internet, but everything else was great.

Perfect place/location!
We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to stay in Saugatuck! The little cottage was adorable...the bed super comfortable....the shower was huge...the little kitchen area had everything you could need....the location was amazing (a few short blocks to all the stores and restaurants).....and best of all Cheryl was the BEST host!!! We will definitely stay here again!

Great location near downtown Saugatuck
Great studio for our weekend away. Only 4 blocks from downtown Saugatuck. We walked to town everyday. Comfy bed and great shower. Just the right size for two. Loved the porch in the morning or evening to relax and read . Would definitely stay again.
