The condo was excellent. Everything you could possibly need, and extremely comfortable. The view and deck were beautiful.

I will say the location was great! Disappointed as time wore on. After first entering the condo I would say pretty clean. After staying for a few days. we had some maintenance issues, that were really not responded too in a timely manner. This condo could uses some TLC and a good cleaning. I would suggest a local property manager that responds quickly and pays attention to maintenance. A few Items to mention: Refrigerator was warm when we got there and maintained that throughout our stay. There were puddles on the top shelf and well as under the drawers on the bottom. We had to throw stuff out a that wasn't kept cold. Dishes: had to hand wash the dishes before use as there was a film and food left on. The dishwasher needs attention. Floor: Needs a deep cleaning, our feet and socks were black after walking in the condo. Bathroom: the exhaust fan leaks/puddles on the floor after some rain. Kitchen sink: drains very slow and the disposal as well needs attention. Standing water remains as we did dishes.If I were the property owner I would be embarrassed as to all the maintenance issues and cleanliness. We paid a lot per night for off season and were quite disappointed with all the issues we had. We reported a few of these items, but with lack of slow to no response, we gave up.

This place was fantastic! It was spacious and clean, and close to everything in town that we wanted to do. My only issue was the street parking, as it wasn't guaranteed that we would be able to park in front of the building to load/unload our luggage. Be prepared to walk a couple of blocks with your belongings if you don't arrive early enough to find good parking! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Renters need to know there are 26 indoor carpeted steps to get to the rental unit.We really enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend getaway!

We had a great stay for a girls weekend. The location is excellent for walking around downtown Saugatuck, very close to many options for shopping, dining, and nightlife. The condo has a great view and was a very comfortable space for catching up with friends!

Comfortable space with view, location, and amenities, but the beds and furniture were less than comfortable so we left a night early to go home and sleep in our own comfy beds.

Loved this condo!

We absolutely loved this place! The living area was so nice and open and airy. Really enjoyed the patio and the view of the lake. Amazing sunset. Would absolutely stay again and hope to. If you’re an older couple or physically challenged, it is notable that this is a second floor with no elevator.

Perfect Hideaway

We loved this weekend escape to Michigan with friends. The location of the stay was a bit difficult to locate in the dark, but we thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. The place was appropriately supplied with things we’d need and lovely. We’d love to stay again!

This is an apartment above storefronts. There are 27 steps to get to it and it is a busy area downtown. If you are young, in good shape and like a party, the apartment is beautiful and in the middle of the action. Unless you go during off season, like we did. We enjoyed watching the snow fall out the wall of windows while the fireplace blazed. It also had some of the most comfortable furniture of any rental we've had, and we have rented many.

Great Weekend in Saugatuck

Condo was spacious and comfortable. Fireplace warmed us up from cold days of shopping and eating. Great location in heart of Saugatuck shopping and fun. The four of us have been at this location twice and will return!

AMAZING condo!

The cutest condo with lots of space for hanging out, cooking, games, movies, whatever you plan and is located right above the cutest cocktail bar. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area, and will be coming back here in the future!

Excellent except for the mold

Everything was perfect, just as described (or seemed even larger!). The only issue we has was something we didn't notice until after the first night - mold in the ventilation. Several of us woke up with symptoms of mold allergies, and we then noticed mold in and near the vents. Other than that, the location was phenomenal, it was very spacious, and we had everything we needed. Should be something the property managers can resolve.
