Saugatuck stay.

Apartment was perfect for our needs. Location could not have been better. Everything was very clean. Plenty of towels and pillows provided. The bedroom is up the spiral stairs on a different floor than the bathroom. As long as you’re aware no big deal. The deck out front was very nice for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, nice place

This is a cute, clean, and comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Walk to everything downtown Saugatuck. We loved the deck overlooking the main drag and the water view. It's above a restaurant, but it didn't affect us at all. I would recommend and would love to stay again!

Perfect Location, Lovely Place

The location of this property is absolutely perfect. You are right in the heart of Water St. Restaurants, shops, water views, boat rentals, entertainment right outside of your door. The balcony is such a great touch- you can sit and enjoy beautiful views and people watching. The inside of the property is lovely. Very clean and enough space for a family of 4. Tons of natural light. I will say in an effort to be efficient with space, you do miss out on a dishwasher and an efficient stove. Don’t plan on preparing extravagant meals. Communication with the host got off to a rough start- I was having trouble with the payment portal. There is a phone number, but I never got a call back. I did finally get an email and text that were helpful- not sure if it’s because I asked VRBO to help. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend!

The property was very nice and in a great location. Very cute apartment and it had all the basic needs available. The only real complaint was the stairway…it is VERY squeaky and loud. So if everyone is sleeping and you decide to get up in the middle of the night you have to go down the loud squeaky stairs and everyone will wake up. It’s also not safe if you have small kids. We have a 5 year and constantly had to watch she didn’t fall. Also the bedroom alarm went off in the middle of the night. Nothing came of it, it was just loud and startled us. Other than those two things it was a nice place to stay.

Amazing Trip!!!

We had such a great time on our family trip to Saugatuck! This property was clean, updated, well maintained, comfortable and in an amazing location. On day 1 we reached out to see if we could extend our stay but the dates weren’t available. We are already looking at future dates to visit this property. It was such a relaxing time!!!! Could not recommend it enough!
