  • Only a short walk to the beach and to downtown Southampton. Experience the area in the fall, it's a great time to visit. Hiking, golfing, cycling or just relaxing, this venue is ideal for you with lots of room in the garage for your bikes. BTW there are 2 bikes provided as well. Comfortable accommodations with 3 bedrooms, an office area and a large screen TV in family room. This location is only minutes away from several area golf courses. For foodies, it's only a short walk to the famous Walker House restaurant.

We had a great weekend at Mark and Marilyn’s place. It was very clean and the location was great. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the towels were soft. We would definitely stay here again!

A true home with lots of space and amenities

Perfect spot - close to beach and main drag, lots of room for all 5 of us and all the little extras you can think of. Hosts are wonderful as well!

Wonderful place

Very specious and clean house, offering all the necessities. Hosts are prompt to reply. The house is conveniently located close to the beach on a quiet street. Perfect stay!

Excellent location and stay

We had a fantastic weekend at this home. The house is so spacious and clean. It was really great. We enjoyed the location, which was a few minute walk to the beach and downtown. We will definitely return.

The pictures do not do justice to the property. Beautifully decorated and very upscale. Everything, and I mean EVERYthing you could possibly need is there. Impeccably clean, two minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes into town.Very nice hosts! We will be back!

Perfect distance to the beach

Perfect home for me and my 3 children and two other adults, 4-5minute walk to the beach and 5-10 min walk to a convenience store that’s open 24/hrs! Defiantly booking again!

Couldn't Be Happier!

All the comforts of home - because it is a home! Good location, within walking distance to beach and downtown shops and restaurants. House is well maintained and appointed. The hosts are great to deal with, and communication was excellent. We would certainly recommend this place to others.

Perfect place to stay

There is nothing to fault with our stay. A great experience from beginning to end. We just wished we could have stayed longer. Friendly hosts and good, clear communication. The house had everything we needed. Telling friends and hope to use the this wonderful place again.

Excellent stay. Great house and location. Close to the beach, but far enough away that you are sheltered from all the beach noise. Exactly as advertised. Host super response and helpful. When we come back to Southampton again, we will definitely try to stay here.
