“The staff were super helpful especially the woman who checked us in. Prompt with any help needed. The pool and hot tub were the reason we went for a birthday surprise for our granddaughter. We had a great time. ”

The room was left with an almost empty roll of toilet paper upon arrival, and when I requested more, it never came—I ended up having to go out and buy my own. “Called two days before my stay- asked if the pool was operational (stayed here about a year ago as well for a few nights and pool was closed so wanted to double check) man on phone said yes, the pool is open. Upon arrival noticed sign on pool door saying it was closed due to maintenence and that it wont be open for some time and hasnt been open for a while either. The pool had already been closed before i arrived and i was mislead when i called.”
