“The playground is very unsafe with the large slide almost completely disconnected from the top (all screws on left side disconnected and slide hanging off). They didn’t have any facial tissue in the room, not even an empty box. They didn’t have any cribs available for infants. This place left a lot to be desired, since we were only there for a night it was passable. The managers were kind but not terribly adept. Plus, it smelled like cigarettes by the desk and one of the rooms near it and the...

“The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fine but that's where the good ends.”

“Todo correcto”

“Positive things, Great location for seeing the Tahquanmenon Falls and Soo Locks. They give you fresh eggs and a bottle of wine. We loved that it's dog friendly and had a fenced in back yard. There is lots of seating and many TVs for multiple people. Also it did have all the kitchen items you would want. The grill was good too. The down side was the hot tub had to much chlorine and we couldn't use it. This wasn't a huge problem for us because we have a hot tub at home. But could make a big...

“We enjoyed our stay. The home was well maintained, clean, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. It had a spectacular view of the river, and it was so relaxing watching the river activity. We will be back!”

A family of sandhill cranes also walked along the shore, two adults and two colts. Dozens of other species were also present. We rented a pontoon boat, which, ironically, was located two doors down from the...

“Great spot right on the water. Easy to get to. Very clean and well stocked cabin.”

“Great remodel and repurpose of property. Perfect location to jet downtown or head south to other amenities and locals. Would recommend for future trips to the area.”

“Excellent home base for exploring the area. Appreciated the laundry facilities on site. Host was responsive and friendly. We booked at the last minute and it went smoothly.”
