The room was not clean. The room were not like the pictures. All the bedding was dirty and soiled. We asked for the room to be cleaned so that we could sleep in it and they just headed us sheets and had us do it are self. The was not breakfast in the morning cause all staff was sick and couldn’t get it open. The worst experience I have ever had up north

Good value, co-owned with the Best Western next door. Not fancy, and the room smelled like the deodorant used on a room that has been smoked in, but the swimming pool at the BW as well as the free breakfast were great.

The breakfast was some of the best part, very good! The hotel could use updates and the pool is not heated and not clean, dark water. The no pet fee is also a great feature. All and all good stay, huge kitchenette room

When you book here keep in mind - you get what you pay for. The room was very clean it’s also outdated - for lack of a better word I had a great trip in the Yoop. The room did what I wanted it to do - provide me with a place to lay my head until the next days activities

I prepaid 3 nights for a suite and was given a double room instead because of a mold problem in the suite when I arrived. Then when I entered the replacement room I was hit with a wall of urine smell, damp air/carpets, the sheets were stained, and there was bugs in the room. I am patiently waiting to hear back from management for a refund since my kids and I couldn’t stay there.

Shower had lots of power behind it they just trickling out like some hotels motels have. You have a closet for coats or shirts instead of just a rack in the living area. And it's always nice to have a refrigerator and a microwave you never know when those will be needed

First off I paid for my full trip on Expedia they charged me additional $42.06 upon check-in the guy didn't even understand why and he said that to me when checking me in. Then after he checked me in I went to check my room and I was supposed to be in a premium suite so I went back to the desk because I was in a standard room he said they don't even have premium suites but they advertised as they did.

The outside may look like it could use some repairs, but the room was clean, recently updated. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Air conditioning worked great.

Not the best or cleanest, but it is the cheapest! Which is why I stay here. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is good (you have to go to the Best Western across the parking lot) Location is convenient for what we do.

Had to call/stop at front desk multiple times before more towels and toilet paper were brought over to us. Seemed very unorganized and unprioritized. We had bags of trash sit outside the door of our room for more than 24 hours and they were never picked up. Alright for the price, but definitely need to get more housekeepers to be able to take care of the Superior Place side of the parking lot. Decent breakfast.
