  • Puffin Cottage Holidays presents Am Byth, a wonderful 6-bedroom house sleeping up to 8 adults and 4 children with spectacular views over Saundersfoot bay, village and harbour. The wonderful views can be enjoyed from the bubbling hot tub to the front of the property - the most relaxing way to take in the Pembrokeshire coast!

    Saundersfoot village, beach and harbour is just a 5-minute downhill walk from the cottage and all of Pembrokeshire's diverse beaches are within easy reach as well as the best of Pembrokeshire's family attractions.


    The seaside town of Tenby is just a short drive away, or if you're feeling adventurous, why not wander there via the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.


    Wonderfully located in an exclusive area of Saundersfoot and enjoying spectacular panoramic views over the Pembrokeshire coastline, Am Byth offers quality self-catering holiday accommodation perfect for large and extended families or two or three families holidaying together.


    This luxury cottage is decorated and furnished to the highest standard throughout with the wide opening patio doors and picture windows perfectly placed to capture the stunning vistas.

    Spectacular sea views, 55-inch TV with Netflix, seating for up to 12 people and games area with football table. Wide opening patio doors leading to the veranda where there is a Rattan dining table and swing set, along with the hot tub - perfectly positioned for enjoying the panoramic views over Saundersfoot and beyond.


    Kitchen:


    The kitchen with the 'wow' factor! Central breakfast bar with seating for two, dining table seating up to 12, 2 x double oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, 5 ring hob, microwave. Large windows offering stunning village and coastal views.


    Utility Room:


    Washing machine, work surface and cupboards.


    Master Bedroom:


    King-size bed, Smart TV with Netflix, beautiful sea views. en-suite bathroom comprising toilet, double sinks and bath with shower.


    Bedroom 2:

    King-size bed, Smart TV Netflix. Views over the Pembrokeshire coast.

    Additional Information


    Please note: That stag and hen parties are strictly not permitted at this property. Mixed group and same sex group bookings may be considered by prior application only and are subject to owner's approval and checks.


    Am Byth further benefits from WiFi, central heating throughout and charcoal BBQ.


    There is parking for up to 3 cars but please note that the drive is curving and very steep (as you may expect with a house enjoying such panoramic views) so you may prefer to park on the roadside where there is also plenty of parking. For this reason, the property is also not suitable for guests with limited mobility.


    Sorry no pets.


    Mid-week and weekend breaks are available outside of peak season and at other times where there is late availability (please contact us).


    Family bookings only (no parties). The property is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children.


    Property protected by CCTV outside.


    Please note that a returnable good housekeeping and damage deposit of £250.00 is required.


    Check-in time is from 4pm on day of arrival.

    As outlined in the property description this property accommodates a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children (under 16). Please do not book if you are a group of more than 8 adults.

    Whether pets are accepted (and the number of pets accepted) is displayed within the property description. No other pets are permitted in the property, this includes external areas of the property.

    Terms and Conditions of Hire.

    Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.

    By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

    These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:

    "Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
    "Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
    "Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
    "Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
    "Website" means the booking website.
    "Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
    "Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
    "Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
    "Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
    "Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
    "You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
    When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.

    1. Contract and Booking
    We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.

    Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.

    The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.

    The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)

    No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.

    Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.

    2. Booking Fees
    A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.

    3. Deposits and Balance Payments
    Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.

    The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday

    4. Damage Deposits
    Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.

    5. Availability
    The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in these cases. The

Great location; comfortable stay; would have liked more direction regarding recycling and when rubbish was collected so as to sort out during our stay and not just black bag everything at the end

Great Stay

The house was immaculately clean with all the provisions needed for our weekend including Towels/ Bedding/ BBQ and outdoor seating area! The house is spacious - both living area and kitchen accommodated 12 people with ease! The house is set in a lovely location with a sea view and easy walk into Saundersfoot. Whilst the drive is quite steep, we were fully aware of this before arriving, it did not impact on our stay at all! We will definitely be returning to the house!

Really good house - fantastic location

The overall stay was great, terrace was fantastic and the house was really nice. Beds were very comfortable and the showers powerful. Plenty of space to sit, socialise and eat. Driveway is extremely steep, not suitable for those with mobility issues.

We had a lovely time at this property, nice and close to the beach and not far to go to Tenby, Oakwood and other gorgeous places in Pembrokshire. The house was spacious and well equipped with a great view from the balcony!
