Unique situation where I was booking a rental for some workers traveling from out of state. Rachel was extremely responsive, and easy to work with. The folks who stayed in the house were very happy with their accommodations. Rachel even helped out last minute when there was a miscommunication regarding check out date. Overall I'd book this place again should we need it!

The home was lovely and well-stocked, with comfortable beds and two living areas with plenty of seating.Check-in was seamless and the neighborhood was quiet. The Newport mansions are an easy drive from Narragansett. Highly recommended.

My entire family enjoyed our stay at this house!

The property is very clean inside and out. It is obvious that it has been recently updated. Decor is very functional, comfortable and attractive. Beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioner and showers worked well. Internet was ample for our screen loving family of five. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice and spacious house in an quiet residential neighborhood.

It is a great house, especially if you travel with a group of elder kids or adults. The communication with the landlord is easy and without problems. There are a lot of beaches close by, you may go to by car!

Perfect location, convenient and comfortable, super clean

This was a great location for enjoying several historic seaside towns in Rhode Island and very conveniently located for outdoor activities and beaches. The house was comfortable and clean, nice neighborhood, and really accommodating host (responsive to messages, left clear instructions, helpful with suggestions, etc).

Weekend visit for this RamFam

The Perfect House!

We absolutely loved everything about this house! It was open, bright, impeccably clean and just lovely decor. The appliances are all updated, the beds are comfy and the little touches like notes from the owner, wine and chocolate left for us to enjoy were just delightful. The layout was perfect for our family, mom and dad upstairs and the kids downstairs, each with their own living space and bathroom, but close enough so we all felt "together." The location was great, close to the beaches and restaurants and URI. And the owner was a doll and very available and responsive. Can't say enough great things!!

Unbelievable!!!!

What a beautiful home! Spacious and so clean. Soaps shampoos towels anything we could need or want. The owner Rachel was texting and making sure we were ok. They even brought beach chairs for us! I would stay here or any of their homes. They went way beyond the call of duty! And the beds ?!?!!!! So comfy
