What a beautiful home! They thought of everything and their attention to every detail was appreciated. The owners were lovely and were even able to leave us a fishing rod for our son fish out back.

If you never leave the property you will have the time of your life! We did go to Helen one day...it was a dud. We never even turned a TV on. The kitchen is large and very well equipped...even sharp knives! Lots of tools, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The rooms were very comfortable as well. We kayaked, played cornhole, made s'mores, got in the hot tub, took walks. It was a great adventure!!!

Great three weeks on the “hooch”

Beautiful home with all the beautiful five acres and river view! Fully stocked linens and kitchen items, great washer/dryer! Comfortable four huge bedrooms and downstairs with pool table and tv room. Side patio built in that my husband used as a home office! Rabbits, deer, lots of birds of all kinds, a nice sanctuary from city life! Thanks for the memories!

Perfect Family getaway!

Third times the charm! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our first teo stays at this property and the third was even better! With so much room inside and out it had everything we need. We fished, swam, kyaked, walked, played games, made smores, saw deer and rabbits and hawks all without leaving the property! The house is set up perfectly for family with tons of comfy spaces. The newly paved driveway was a dream! The hosts Judy and David are always on top of everything and so quick to respond! They even took the time to respond to my questions about the houses history. We can't wait to go back!

A Ladies Wine Highway Weekend

From the moment we booked our ladies weekend with Heavenly Hideaway, Judy and David were incredibly responsive and helpful. Their home was even better than the photos, and they had thought of every detail to make our stay so warm and comfortable. The home was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the comfortable beds. It was like our own little comfy cabin in the mountains. The pavilion at the river and views are simply wonderful. We were lucky to have had a bald eagle visit us while enjoying dinner down at the pavilion on the deck overlooking the river. We felt truly appreciated all the little touches Judy and David have added to make your stay most enjoyable. As both Georgia Tech and Florida fans, we loved the basement billiards room and cornhole boards. We will most definitely book another stay in the future.

Wonderful!

Beautiful property and home. We had a relaxing by the river at the new pavilion. Helen is jyst a short 20 min drive. Enjoyed spending time there as well and eating soooo much wonderful food!

Beautiful Weekend Adventure

We stayed for three nights at the Heavenly Hideaway house and had a wonderful time. We were an older family group, ranging from 51-86, but we enjoyed many things such as cooking outdoors, playing pool and lawn darts, using the hot tub, watching the baseball playoffs, playing games, and exploring nearby towns. The house is quite secluded and far from the road, away from disruption. We very much enjoyed the peace and quiet. Everything in the house is spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves, and also to sit and visit together. Thank you!!

I loved this vacation place

This was the perfect vacation get-away for the family. Everyone had their own space and always found something to entertain themselves. Best Thanksgiving trip!

It was exactly as described in the listing. My family and I spent Thanksgiving in this beautiful home and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even the Christmas tree was up! Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The house had so much to do, even when it rained! We will definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one!

Don't second think it...just book it!!!

Words and pictures don't do justice!!! This place is magical and beautiful and cozy and awesome!!!! I can't say enough great things! We seriously didn't want to leave! My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and David and Judy went above and beyond to make it special for us! We had everything we could have wanted or needed. The kitchen was amazing to cook in and the sunroom was perfect. I can't wait to book a return stay. This would be my number one choice! Perfect for couples or a larger family. Plenty of room for everyone and not far from Dollar general, Ingles, and many more things! Seriously don't wait just go ahead and book!!!

Beautiful

Such a beautiful place and so peaceful! I wish I had been with girlfriends as I would have been happy to bring all of our food and just hang out there and read. Hose was very clean and well appointed. Beds comfy and host was very responsive.

A great getaway

This home was a great getaway! The home is well-maintained (both inside and outside), clean, and very inviting. I really appreciated the hosts' intentionality to make the home a welcoming space by providing all the necessities (i.e., shampoo, soaps, lots of towels, kitchen necessities, etc.) and added layers of comfort (i.e., a lot of comfy blankets and pillows in the living room). Most importantly, Judy, the host, is an excellent, prompt communicator and our communication made the stay feel that much more inviting. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!
