But there were a few things off.
The first thing that was off was there was some chocolate/cake in our fridge (left by the previous guests) when we got to our room that my wife put her hand in and didn't realize and it really grossed us out.
But the second thing was worse in that we could not adjust the temperature in the room by ourselves. The room was first too hot so we tried to lower the temperature of the heat but it didn't matter as the temperature we set would jump back up to what it was before we adjusted it (we weren't sure if the heat was also connected with another room). So we reached the front desk and realized that we couldn't adjust the temperature ourselves in the room. There was no description anywhere that mentioned this lack of ability to adjust the temperature and the temperature being right is a crucial element of feeling comfortable and to be able to sleep well for us (and I assume for some other guests as well). Eventually, the front desk was able to help us adjust the temperature. But it required us to constantly go back and forth to figure out what was right for us instead of us being able to adjust it ourselves in
