Perfect Location

This location is perfect if you are looking to enjoy all that Savannah has to offer! Everything is within walking distance and there are plenty of great restaurants/bar super close. The property itself was perfect for two couples - plenty of space for all of us. It was a little noisy at night but that is part of the charm. Thanks for everything!

Incapable of resolving issues that arise!

Property headline description reads Condo in Heart of Downtown w/ Rooftop Deck by Lucky Savannah. However I was denied access to rooftop and when contacted management about it I was given the incorrect code 3 different times. Spoke with someone name Jamillah and she quickly got an attitude from my frustration as a so call guest, made the entire situation about herself like she was the one on vacation and literally hung the phone on me during our conversation then refuse to answer as I attempted to call back. Now I have raw meat prepared for my family and was unable to utilize the grill because I got access denied to the rooftop. Customer service in 2024 is the worst. I paid for this place weeks in advance mainly for the rooftop and absolutely nothing was done to get me access. But I did get a text the next morning reminding me of my check out time the following day. Jamillah stated in a text I disrespected her on the phone because I raise my voice outta frustration. But Im the one who ended with no dinner to cook for my family, no rooftop access as described in property description. Now that's disrespectful. Also I had to buy batteries for the remote control for my mom to watch TV. Just know if any issues arise management is incapable of resolving it. And your experience of your stay is not on their list of priorities. Last there's plenty of parking at the building but you have to find your own paid parking on the street or in the parking garage which is about a 5 minute walk

Earplugs a must!

The property was nice but very noisy outside. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything! Listing stated onsite free parking but once booked we found out we had to find a place to park off property and pay! Overall the apartment was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay once we went to Walgreens and bought earplugs.

Beautiful property but not a sofa bed

We loved staying in beautiful Savannah. We had a hard time finding the entrance but the company was able to navigate us to the door when I called. The apartment was beautiful and clean. We loved our two night stay. The cons - a sofa bed was listed but it was inoperable. There was a strap stapled to the sofa so you could not pull it out. This place is comfortable for three to four people in a family. My girls shared a bed but my son slept on the couch, which is not a big deal but there were not extra sheets to make up a bed for him.

Absentee Owner

One day before the trip we contacted the property manager to inquire whether we could check in early. We send two messages 12 hours apart and neither were answered. Upon checking in we found the bedrooms in acceptable condition the bathrooms were well stocked. In the master bedroom, however, you could not fully open the bathroom door as it would hit the nightstand. The kitchen was another story. There were no paper towels, no coffee, no coffee filter, no wine opener, no wine glasses. As our emails were not being returned we found a number to call the property manager. At five PM the next day they finally delivered the missing items. After that initial experience with the kitchen we certainly were not going to cook there. If we had there was no salt, pepper, cooking oil or spices. Utensils were spartan. The inability of the property manager to respond to our initial inquiries and provide the most basic kitchen items shows what little regards they have for their customer base. I strongly recommend not staying here.

Good location but lacking cozy atmosphere

The property group were great communicators and very easy to book and check out. Never had an issue to contact them. Reviews about being on a loud street and hearing a lot of noise within the condo or true. The only thing that would’ve made our stay a lot better is having a couch and more living room furniture as well as kitchen utensils. The rooftop was decent but dirty and no view as we expected. Group of boys were under us and heard some noise from them but wasn’t louder than the street noise and bars. Overall, excellent location and place was nice.

Perfect Location

The condo was great, the location couldn’t have been better. Easy access, great layout. Rooftop access was fun. I only wish it had a couch instead of the 4 chairs.
