Explore the beautiful parks, colorful history and vibrant night life Savannah has to offer, when you are ready to retire after a busy day of sightseeing, relax knowing your apartment is just steps away. No car needed, this apartment puts downtown at your doorstep, 2 blocks away from City Market and 4 blocks from River street, Savannah's bustling night-life is just minutes way.

    Built in 1890 this apartment has beautiful high ceilings, large windows and historic charm that you just can't replicate. Through a private entrance on Jefferson street, walk up the stairs and into your own personal oasis in the heart of the city.
    The dining room is the hub of this apartment, with plenty of space for the whole group to gather and enjoy a home cooked meal or even a quick bite you picked up from The Grey Market just a few doors down. When you aren't out enjoying all of the excellent restaurants Savannah has to offer, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create memorable meals.

    Through the dining room, you enter the bright and spacious Living room, beautifully furnished with an eclectic mix of modern and vintage pieces. Just off the living room you will find the cheery bedroom, well appointed with a super plush king bed, sure to help you relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The updated bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite counter is just off the central dining room. This apartment also comes with those little extras that help to make your stay all the more comfortable including: Washer/Dryer, Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer, Keurig coffee maker and FREE WiFi.

Wonderful stay close to everything Savannah has to offer. This was such an awesome place, a joy to come back home to at night after touring Savannah. We could walk to tons of wonderful restaurants, art galleries and shops. The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed during our stay.

Our stay was very nice. The area was a bit noisy and parking can be a problem. Overall we loved the location as it’s only a block off Broughton and the city market.

We loved the proximity to the restaurants, bars, shops, and river front. The place was spacious, comfortable, clean and our host was very responsive and helpful.

Nicole’s place was just as described! Communication with her was outstanding and the check-in process was seamless. The space was very large and comfortable with great amenities. The location could not be better for exploring downtown Savannah. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spotless.

Apartment was gorgeous and very clean, we loved the location being able to walk to everything we want. Only downside was the street noise was unbelievably loud, construction and traffic around the clock that sounded like we were on the street with it.

Such a unique place, clean and nice. Host was helpful and accommodating. Our long weekend was amazing. This home is in walking distance to pretty much everything.

Overall we had a great experience. It is in the heart of the historic district near Broughton. Easy access to restaurants and bars. We did not need a car. I would state however that if you are looking for a quieter neighborhood you may not want to stay at this location as it is very noisy late into the night. There were a couple of housekeeping issues that for the price we should not have experienced, linens left in the washer, lack of wash clothes. We were only there 3 days but had to buy toilet paper as we were given only a 1/4 roll.

The Calliope was as pictured and described. We loved our stay in Savanah and couldn't have asked for a better location to get to all that we wanted to do. Parking was easy at the Robinson Garage next door. Note that because you are so close to the City Market there is a lot of activity out on the street until the wee hours.

This is the second time I have stayed and the place is excellent. It is in the city, so you must expect a certain amount of city noise at night. Being as close as it is to all the activity means that you will hear some of it. Great place. Thanks again.

This is a fabulous location. It is described very accurately in the listing, but under states the location. Everything we wanted to do was in easy walking distance from this property. And we followed the hostess’s recommendation to use the city ramp one block away for parking. It made the one BIG hassle of Savannah, parking, a lot easier and more secure.

The apartment was in an excellent walkable location to all restaurants, attractions, squares etc. it was clean and equipped for cooking if needed. The only negative is that it is a bit loud on weekends, but just take ear plugs. I read about the noise but wanted the convenience of the location. Also, just noting that there is abandoned buildings on either side of the apartment, I was a little uneasy as I was a female on my own, but it ended up being all good and no danger.
