We booked this property for location near our granddaughter's SCAD dorm and we weren't disappointed. However, although the place was very clean, there are certainly some items that can be improved upon:The entry courtyard was very dark and hard to get into at night. The stairs up to the condo were difficult to negotiate in the dark. It definitely needs lighting. There is no place in the bathroom to hang a towel. The bathroom faucet, although, very striking looking, was not very practical. You couldn't tell where the water was coming from or how to adjust the temp out of which spigot, not to mention when you bend over to wash your face, you banged your head on the gold leaf. A Kleenex box or two in the property would be helpful. Also in the bathroom, the mirror was way too high for us short people. I could only see my forehead and not a chance to reach to apply makeup or my husband shaving. Maybe a full length mirror somewhere might be nice to check what you look like before going out!None of the hall/living room windows had shades or curtains, so walking in the condo at night was spooky not knowing who could see in the windows from across the lane.We couldn't figure out how to turn the AC/Heat units to the heat setting. It was very cool the two evenings we were there. The place was nice, the bed was comfortable and a lovely mix of old and new style. Suggest to your cleaning service to knock before entering. We were still packing up when she just walked in.
