We only were able to WhatsApp the contact. Initial email did not contact correct gate code info. nor were we notified when the code changed. The bed was horrible and we had to buy a mattress topper. We asked for one, but the contact said he would have to check with the owner. We didn't want to wait that long.There weren't any cleaning supplies so we had to purchase on our own. Only two chairs by the pool which seems odd in a rental that sleeps 8. Bamboo furniture, while aesthetically pleasing, was not comfortable at all.I would say out of three hammocks, two need replacing.
