“We really enjoyed our stay for just one night. We found the parking convenient and safe, although we did an extra circuit of the campus as the signposting in the last 150 metres wasn't clear. “Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”

“Hotel is near the Jubilee campus but not near city centre. Clean and big room and staff was helpful. We had to pay for carpark at £6 per day. There used to be free carpark before this. It would be good if hotel guests are given free carpark like before as the price of the hotel stay is not cheap.”

“Lovely, quiet, hotel in a residential area very close to the River Trent. Ample free parking, although the staff will need a note of your vehicle registration. Our superior king size room was fresh, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is an in room kettle, tea, coffee etc as well as a coffee machine with pods Although we were only there for one night there was plenty of space in the wardrobe and there were also lots of hangers - which makes a refreshing change....

“Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. ”

“Only stayed one night so didn’t use all the spa facilities which looked nice. Our room was a very long walk from the reception, this was difficult to manage with my son who is autistic and has disabilities. If I stayed again I would specify that we needed to be nearer reception. Room was ok, but small fridge in room was very noisy and had to turn it off (it was unplugged when we entered room) and the air con unit in the corner of room also made a lot of noise as the evening went on and my son...
