“A really nice beach type cottage with easy access to much of the southern Maine coast. Modern bathroom and kitchen with comfortable bedrooms. A very homey feel overall with very attentive hosts who kept up with us via electronic means and made helpful recommendations. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be near the coast with a little quieter environment.”

“Brian reached out to us while we were still traveling to let us know how things would be when we arrived, and met up with us later that evening. We truly enjoyed the area, and loved exploring. It was our 1st time in Maine. We saw so many beautiful places from Ft. Williams and the lighthouse to Wolfe's Neck Park in Freeport. The ferry ride to Peaks Island and the bike ride around were amazing. Maine is so beautiful. We will definitely be back.”

“The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?”

“We rented the house to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with a small family vacation and it was perfect! We were able to bring my mom's dog and the four of us had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house was great and is in a great location. The view is even better in person!! The only issue was that the heat was on 55 when we arrived so it took a few hours for the house to warm up - but it did no problem and the electric fireplace helped a bunch! I highly recommend staying here.”

“This was a great find! Short walk to downtown, but far enough away to be away from the crowds. Perfect oasis for myself, my pregnant wife, and our dog. We would definitely stay again!”

“LOVED my little house on the water! It was the perfect size and everything was just what I needed. I will 100% be staying there again on any future visits. That being said, the bathroom would not be ideal for anyone in the 6' range. I am 5'6" and was a little cramped. I imagine anyone taller or who has claustrophobia would not be super pleased. I doubt they would be able to do anything different without MAJOR reconstruction so it is what it is for the size they had to work with. It was totally...
