Cute cottage.Comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Very close to the beach.Living room furnishings were limited. There was a small couch only that seated 3 ( 2 comfortably). We ended up buying 2 camping chairs for extra seating in the living room. Air conditioning unit was in only one of the bedrooms. Fortunately, it was cool enough to open up the deck door. The WiFi instructions did not work as the network was consistently unavailable. Phone calls and texts to the numbers provided were unanswered all week. Outdoor seating around the fire pit had only 3 chairs. With some minor upgrades this could be a very nice place to stay

House was clean, everything worked as it should. Great location, real short walk to the beach. Had a problem with the WiFi, sent a message and the response was within a few minutes and it took care of the problem.

Location is amazing. Property could be updated, more thoroughly cleaned and check-in time ready. A/C was not functional in upper level.

Good Location

This place has lots of potential with the right management! Can use a good upgrade.We had air conditioner issues from day 1 of checking in to the house. We figured out how to fix the problem not maintenance and we had them come 2 times! The portable air conditioner upstairs does not cool that area good enough. There is a portable air conditioner in the one bedroom which works for that bedroom but does not cool they other bedroom.Weeds on the outside of the house that need addressed. There were two beach chairs one broken and they other worn out! Absolutley no simple spices for cooking not even salt or pepper! Windows were very hard to open and close.

Perfect location for beach getaway

We had a girls trip for a weekend away and it was the perfect location and size for the four of us. Easy access to a small, clean beach and not far from Portland and Old Orchard Beach. It was cozy and comfortable.

Wonderful!

This cottage was the perfect home base for several days. It was well-situated so all the major towns on the southern coast (and Portland itself) were an easy drive away, but also it secluded enough that it was a great peaceful little place to crash each night. Also, the host was great - easy to reach out to about any issues, and always so prompt with their replies.
