“It was a beautiful house in a beautiful setting!”

“Claudio’s villa is excellent. Five of us stayed for four days and we found the property to be clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the patio are excellent. The drive into Firenze is short enough that it’s not a deterrent but you’re far enough away from the city to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Claudio recommended a great local restaurant, Edy Piu, less than 10 minutes from the house that was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.”

“Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter nicht ganz so viel Glück. In dem Haus kann man gut entspannen da der Trubel der Welt aussen vor bleibt. Der Pool hat eine sensationelle Lage, ist zu jeder Zeit sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit zu erreichen und bei Problemen kam Hilfe aus dem Ort . Der Ort Londa ist ca. 8 km weg. Dort kann man das nötigste einkaufen. Zum größeren Lebensmittel Einkauf muss man nach Dicoamo fahren. Ca. 20 km vom Haus entfernt. Was in Londa fehlt ist ein gemütliches Café....

“Nach dem Gedränge in Florenz fande wir in Pelage einen wunderbaren Ort der Ruhe vor, eine Terrasse unter einer Weinlaube mit Blick über das Tal. Ein steter Luftzug und Swimmingpool brachten die ersehnte angenehme Abkühlung. Es war für alles gesorgt und neben gutem Wein konnten wir ein ausgezeichnetes Menü genießen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Diese Unterkunft würden wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen.”

“We had a great stay at villa Lucia, we where met by the owner who showed us around, the property has an abundance of period features and is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, it has a lovely pool and terrace with a mature well maintained garden. It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. “Nous avons loué l'appartement de Silvia pour une semaine et nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour ! Florence est une ville magnifique, ce fut un plaisir de se promener dans la ville. L'appartement est situé en dehors du centre historique, mais différentes lignes de bus, très proches de l'appartement, permettent de rejoindre le coeur de Florence rapidement. “Very convenient and easy to find location. We had a flight out the next morning and this property was very close to where you catch the train. There were plenty of restaurants, shops & restaurants in the area as well. Beautiful view across the river was a short walk away as well!”

“So disappointed with this accommodation it had the potential to be a great experience. But the air conditioning did not work at the height of summer and the communication with the company was bad and not helpful. A big disappointment for the money paid.”

“This is the place to stay away from crowds and experience the local flare of Tuscany and Firenza region. Villa was lovely, safe, and as described online. We enjoyed the location to Florence and surrounding villages. Go to the town of Saltino, 25 minutes from the villa, for an incredible drive, view, and food, or try Tenuta Risalpiano for another restaurant new the villa. Overall, this was an incredible place to stay, relax, and enjoy the views.”

“It was a pleasure to stay in Guido’s beautiful Villa. The place had endless character and charm. It was very quiet. Close for day trips to Florence and Poppi, which was an incredible alternative to the touristy towns. We also had the best meals at Mandri nearby - all locals - and got to meet Guido’s charming family. The home was a step back in time and a perfect escape for a quiet week in Italy. A. A”

“Bonjour à tous,C’est la 4eme fois que nous venons au mois d’août dans cet endroit paisible et très reposant tout en étant proche de la magnifique ville de Florence.Renate est toujours aussi attachante et sa petite équipe est très sympathique.Pas très loin des commerces (Pontassieve) et d’un très bon glacier (Siecci), nous avons aussi goûté aux spécialités Toscane à Arezzo (foire des antiquaires le 1er dimanche du mois) et Montepluciano (fête autour du vino bobine le 10 août). Bref, des vacances...
