The house is located at the beginning of a cul-de-sac, about 500m from the beach. In this house there are five apartments, parking is sufficiently available. The house is already older, the apartments are however all renovated and equipped with modern furniture.

The over 200 year old Haffkrug lived once from fishing and still today you can find the traces of the old fishermen, such as the lovingly restored fishing boat, Haffi 'on the beach promenade. The fishing traditions of the Baltic Sea origin and coastal fishermen, Lothar Frehe, on the fishing route are vividly and authentically experienced. Also the serenity and cohesion of the fishermen has preserved the place and this atmosphere still characterizes the Baltic Sea resort.
