“The air conditioning didn’t work in our first room and we moved rooms. The second room took 4 days to cool down from 26 degrees to 21. We didn’t open any windows and kept the aircon running the whole time. It’s a very new hotel but still has teething problems. Also the toilet is in a separate room to the bathroom but no allowance has been made to fit a towel holder so you can have a towel to dry your hands. On the positive side it is very close to the train station and the views are excellent.”
