The two units include a terrace, a lawn, two open fireplaces, a sauna and a party room. The house can be used throughout the year.

It starts with New Years Parties around the Woerthersee, than the foolish 'Carinthian Carneval'. In the springtime and autum guided walking tours are offered. In the evenings you can visit open air concerts at romantic 'Burgruine Finkenstein' or classic musik at 'Carinthian Summer', or see high level theater at the Friesacher Burghofspiele' or have an unforgettalble night at the beautyful 'Woertherseebuehne' in Klagenfurt or, or.....

For nature-lovers: Our house is in direct neighbourhood to a nature reserve, which was declared in 2006 from UNESCO to 'World heritage of mankind'. The property is not fenced in to keep the natural caracter of the landscape. In the dawn often some deer come grazing in front of the terrace.We would apreciate it very much, if you could watering our flowers, it`s only a little effort.
