The holiday accommodation has a living space of approx. 240 m², divided over two fully heated floors. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and a daylight bathroom with a spacious shower (1.20 x 0.80 m), washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. While one bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed, the other has a 2.00 m wide double bed. The upper floor offers a large living and dining area with a view of the countryside, a fully equipped kitchen, three further bedrooms, an additional bathroom and a separate guest WC with a window. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, one of which is 1.80 metres wide and one of which is oversized (2.00 x 2.20 metres). A further sleeping area is designed as a children's room and offers a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and various children's toys. The room can also be occupied by two adults. By arrangement, up to two children's travel cots (0.60 x 1.20 m each) can be set up in the bedrooms at no extra cost. A high chair can be provided free of charge if required. The daylight bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub, shower (1.00 x 1.00 m), washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used free of charge in the laundry room on the ground floor.
The dining area and a double bedroom on the upper floor lead out onto the partially covered roof terrace for private use, equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. From the lower floor you can access the spacious, fully enclosed garden. A total of four outdoor car parking spaces are available. You also have the option of storing your own bicycles in a ground-floor storage room next to the laundry room.

There is a bakery and a supermarket just 500 metres away and the nearest butcher is around 800 metres away. The pedestrianised area in Gemünd is perfect for a stroll. Many sights and excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by bike or car. The surrounding area offers picturesque villages with lovingly restored churches, time-honoured castles and monasteries, renowned museums and medieval towns. For example, visit Satzvey Castle, Mariawald Abbey or the tranquil towns of Monschau and Blankenheim. Your holiday home is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Eifel National Park. About 50 metres from your holiday home is the Gemünd spa park, through which you can hike directly into the national park. The Gemünd National Park Gate with tourist information centre, which will be happy to provide you with information about the beautiful Eifel region and free excursions, is just a few minutes' walk away. Explore nature in the company of a ranger or follow the many cycle and hiking trails on your own. We recommend the Eifelsteig and the Wilderness Trail. There is also an outdoor pool and a mini-golf course in the immediate vicinity. In addition to the Urft dam, which is approx. 8 km away and can be easily reached by bike, there are many other small dams in the immediate vicinity. The Rursee boat trip offers you the opportunity to explore the Upper Lakes and also to discover part of the Northern Eifel on foot. From covered wagon rides on the Dreiborn plateau with a deer observation stand, canoe trips on the Rur, guided hikes in the High Fens to visits to the neighbouring Benelux countries, everything is possible.
