Set in the heart of the Eifel Nationalpark near Monschau, this beautifully renovated 14-bedroom holiday home welcomes up to 30 guests, making it ideal for large families and groups of friends. The spacious layout includes a private garden, fenced courtyard, and terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Starting June 2024, guests can enjoy a relaxing session in the new infrared sauna.

Located just 1 km from supermarkets, restaurants, and nightlife, and 5 km from a scenic lake and ski lift, the home offers both convenience and adventure. Indoors, a recreation room with games keeps everyone entertained, while free on-site parking and EV charging add practical comfort. Up to 5 pets are welcome (with a local fee), and the fenced courtyard ensures they have space to play.

Please note: fireworks and noisy parties are not allowed, and a concierge is nearby to assist. Public transport is close, and guests are asked to respect the departure time to avoid extra charges. Cutlery and dishes must be dried cleanly, as this is not part of the final cleaning.
