Our farm is located in a beautiful, south-facing setting—a truly idyllic and secluded spot in the Königssee district. It’s just a 15-minute walk from our farm to the stunning Königssee. Unobstructed mountain views of the Watzmann, Jenner, Schönfeldspitze, Grünstein, and Reiteralpe. We invite you and your children to come spend your vacation and relax on our lovely, working farm. Our farm animals include chickens, a herd of mother cows, dwarf goats, dwarf rabbits, and a cat. With a little luck, you’ll often spot our forest animals as well—such as roe deer, red deer, foxes, hawks, buzzards, and wild hares—so binoculars are highly recommended. A large playground with swings, a slide, table tennis, a giant trampoline, a play tower with a climbing wall, a large sandbox, go-karts, pedal tractors, and Gocars is available for the children. A cozy, well-equipped wooden pavilion and lounge chairs provide a relaxing setting for your leisure time. The Koppensteinlehen is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours in our unique Berchtesgaden Alpine National Park. In winter, when the snow is beautiful, you can go sledding across our meadows and build a lovely snowman. For those who are more into winter activities, our local mountain, “JENNER,” offers plenty to do. The Jennerbahn, the bakery, many restaurants, a sports shopping center, and the beautiful Königssee, as well as the Lotto-Bayern-Eisarena bobsled and toboggan run, are all within easy walking distance. The Jenner NR vacation apartment for 2–4 people is located on the 1st floor of the new building and features a furnished balcony facing east and south with unobstructed views of the Watzmann, Schönfeldspitze, Grünstein, Jenner, etc., equipped with a bench, 2 tables, and 4 chairs, a parasol, and a clothes drying rack. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, one with a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and one with 2 single beds (90 x 2.00 m). The head and foot sections of all beds are adjustable. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a nightstand, and a bedside lamp. Large open-concept kitchen with built-in appliances and a separate dining area featuring a corner bench and chairs. The living room area features a large living room cabinet and a cozy sofa set for relaxing, a coffee table, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a hi-fi system. The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a towel warmer and features a shower, toilet, and a large sink. Amenities include a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, hand and bath towels, bath mats, and a 3-tier shelf, hand soap, and toothbrush cups. Coat rack with wall mirror. No pets allowed. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. If needed, a crib, high chair, diaper pail, baby bathtub, and changing table are available. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
