Welcome to our cozy, almost 100m² bungalow with a huge garden, ideally located at almost 1000m above sea level in the picturesque Bavarian Forest.

Enjoy the comprehensive facilities including a high-quality coffee machine with as much coffee as you want, a selection of teas and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, kettle and toaster - perfect for recharging your batteries after a day in the fresh, clear mountain air.

The bungalow has two bedrooms:
The first with a spacious and comfortable 180x200 double bed,
the second with a queen-size bed and an additional single bed,
ideal for recovering from the stresses of everyday life. The second bedroom also has an integrated shower with washbasin.

In the living and dining room, a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and atmosphere. A small sofa, a large dining table and a Smart TV with Netflix invite you to relax at the end of the day. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and also offers a washing machine, hairdryer, towels and soap.

Experience the unique location with breathtaking views of the Alps and the "local mountain Brotjacklriegel".
The Steinberg lift and numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are just 400m away.
Local restaurants, ski bars and a small grocery store are also within easy reach.

Other attractions such as the Großer Arber and Geißkopf ski resorts as well as the towns of Passau and Deggendorf with the rivers Danube and Inn are just 30-60 minutes away.
