“The Belmont Flat was exactly as described end an easy walk from Belmont restaurants and the Downtown Mall. The onsite host was lovely - greeted us upon our arrival and surprised us with a bottle of wine when she found out we were celebrating our 15th anniversary! So wonderful!”

“We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. ”

“First, the house was well equipped and very nicely appointed. It is a very comfortable house to kick back in. Communication from the owners was exceptionally clear and they went out of their way to answer question I had.Second, location is great. Its on the road to Blue Ridge tunnel and it's a quick hike to the entrance. It's also a stone's throw from 151 and all its vineyards and breweries. Highly recommend....”

“There were a few little hiccups, the top bunk bar was not attached (not an issue as it wasn’t fully needed) and the oven was broken but I message the owner and he replied back very quickly. Neither were an issue for us. The house was perfect! Plenty of cooking supplies for our crew of 12. We loved the deck and spent plenty of time out there and there were more than enough towels for everyone. The check out rules were very clear and reasonable. “We were in Charlottesville for a wedding and stayed here for a few nights with our kids (6, 4, and 2). I wouldn't say this house is necessarily kid-friendly, but they loved it anyway! This was a very cool, renovated old house with plenty of space for all of us. The location was awesome and near everything we needed to get to. If we ever find ourselves in Charlottesville again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this house.”
