“The room was very dusty. There was brick dust on the bathroom walls together with cobwebs. There was dust stacked on the hand basin waste and mould on the curtains. To get hot water to the basin you had to run the tap for at least 10 minutes and you could not get any hot water to the shower at all.
The car park was a joke....7 or 8 spaces for a 40 room hotel.”

“Repetiría el hotel.
Echo en falta un control de temperatura en la habitación y más enchufes a mano, pues tuve que desenchufar la televisión para preparar un té.
También eché en falta que en la recepción no tuviesen un adaptador para enchufes.
El restaurante muy bueno, fantástico y su bodega más que aceptable.”

“Breakfast was very good. Room a bit small and no drawers to put any thing. Staffs are good. The only problem is they didn't make up my room even though I put up the sign.”

“The hotel was full of character. The bar was wonderful. Full of dark panelling and leather sofas. The food was excellent
The staff were really nice.
The bed was comfy and it was so quiet.
The hotel is getting a make over and it will be super but I like it's old worldly charm now. The receptionist, I think her name was Lizzie, apologies for not remembering but she gave us a tour of the rooms in the old part. The honeymoon suite was gorgeous. The bathroom had a claw footed bath.
