“Place needs plenty of maintenance. Shower heads and cupboards. Grass needs mowing. Ensuite had hair on floor and shower was just a spout. Airconditioner kept things cosy. Could not park medium car in garage as rubbish was stacked up on rear wall. Beds were comfortable.”

“We found this cute little house very quiet and private and perfect for our overnight stay. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen seemed to have everything we would have normally needed. It was cold when we arrived but the heaters took no time at all to get things cosy and comfortable. Our mountain bike riding teens used the hose and bike rack for a post-ride clean up and the washer and dryer came in handy with supplied washing powder too.An easy drive to Derby for mountain biking...
