“My husband and I spent a wonderful month in this apartment. The location next to kierland commons and Scottsdale quarters was very convenient. We walked across the street every night for dinner ice cream and shopping. The gym was amazing as well as the pool. I did feel it was a little small when we had 4 people in the apartment. “This is our second time in a unit. The views are always spectacular. The people in the community are very friendly. The pool is warm and the workout room is very adequate. We did most of our meals in the condo and cooked; kitchen is very well supplied. ”

“Condo is nice. However, the door (which is a larger mirror) to the closet was broken off the hinges and leaning in front of the entrance to the bathroom and closet. I notified the host who says they notified maintenance. It was never fixed. Lots of excuses. I would not expected to have to deal with this when running a condo.”
