  • Lake view cabin in a gated community on Lake Cypress Springs. Includes assigned Boat Slip. Peaceful and serene. Nestled among towering trees with nice landscaping. Sleeps 6. Two bedrooms each have a queen size bed. Loft has two twin size daybeds. Dining room table seats six. Great lake views from deck, downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs bedroom and loft. Two full bathrooms. Washer and dryer. Wrap around deck for outdoor relaxation. Grilling area on the side deck. Keypad entry. The property is the perfect escape to enjoy Cypress Springs Lake living at it's best! 90 minute drive from Dallas. Lake Bob Sandlin State Park 4 miles away.

My sister and I came in from Houston area to visit our Mom who lives in Winnsboro. We stayed here for the weekend and it couldn’t have been cuter! Beautiful views of the lake and quiet, quaint surroundings in the trees. The home has everything you need and is a comfortable stay. Mary was excellent as communication. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely come back to stay.

5 Moms with 18 kids....this was a perfect place to get away for a relaxing 3 nights. The house was exactly as advertised and our expectations were not let down. I would love to sneak away and stay here again.

Wonderful week of rest!

This home was extremely clean, well appointed, and was everything we needed for a restful and rejuvenating time away. The owner was extremely quick to respond to messages and made the check in/check out process easy. Would definitely recommend this home and this host!

A perfect retreat

Very nice place to just relax and unwind. We had a hunters moon over the lake and wow! So beautiful! Fishing was so good too! We will def be back soon! :)

Quite Oasis

This neighborhood was cozy and quite. We loved the cabin and will stay there again. The boat slip was a great plus in that we didn’t have to load and unload our boat. Great start to an amazing summer.

Delightful place

Clean, nice, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Quiet, peaceful place. We enjoyed listening to the birds every morning. We will be back!

Once found, it was a nice cabin, It was hard to determine the location arriving late. It was assumed that it was waterfront. The cabin was clean and comfortable.

Just what we needed

Such a charming place to unwind and just breathe from the fast pace life we live.. We loved seeing deer roam and enjoyed playing with the darling black dog down from the road. Thank you Mary!

Lake Weekend

We loved the location of the house! The owner was quick to respond when we had last minute questions which was very nice. The washer and dryer was an extra plus. One thing to keep in mind is there is limited storage. We had a great stay!!

Beautiful View

Beautiful view! The windows made getting rained on worth it getting to see the storm through those big windows. Short walk down to the lake and docks to fish off of. Mary was super responsive with any questions I had!

Peaceful setting. Love the deck. Great place to chill. Didn’t understand it’s not on the lake but rather a lake view but still recommend. Responsive owner. Will bring extra towels on future visits.
