Our stay at this home far surpassed any other rental opportunities I have had on Sea island. Lori made us feel so welcome and made available to us so many personal items that we felt like we were visiting family! The home is beautiful, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has so many extra amenities, such as bikes that we could use during our stay. I highly recommend renting this home and I look forward to coming back again!

This house is a dream!! Each room is more beautiful than the next. It just as gorgeous as the photos. It is so well appointed, down to the body wash in the showers. We loved the pool, the bikes, the kitchen! Can't wait to come back.

Picture the perfect beach cottage and then imagine it comes to life the moment you enter the doors of this beautiful home. I cannot say enough about this cottage. The spacious layout is perfect, the decor is timeless and the outside pool/sitting area feels like your own private resort. The thoughtfulness extends to even small details like the rich bath towels and softest of sheets. The master suite will take your breath away. The beach is just a 2 minute walk and we appreciated use of the beach chairs/umbrella. Above all, Lori could not have been more kind to work with. She was wonderful. We enjoyed every moment in this cottage, created wonderful memories and plan to return!

I have been going to this small island for over 25 years and have stayed in 10 different cottages on the island. This by far was my favorite. The property was beautiful. The house was spectacular. All of the amenities are up-to-date and work. The owner could not have been easier to work with.

This beautiful property has everything going for it. The house and grounds are picture perfect, the tasteful furnishings are not only a pleasure to look at, they are very comfortable, and the location is a minute walk to the beach. Everything you would need or want for a luxurious and fun beach vacation has been provided. Lori was excellent to work with and was a kind and helpful host throughout the entire rental process. We highly recommend renting this property and know you will be so glad you did.

This is a stunning property! It is an amazing mix of beautiful beach styling and family comfort. We enjoyed the cottage so much it was often tough to tear ourselves away and enjoy all that Sea Island has to offer. For anyone fortunate enough to stay in this cottage you won’t be disappointed!

My family has been visiting Sea Island for over 40 years. We stayed at cottage 282 on the occasion of our sons wedding at the Cloister. This beautiful home with its warmth, over the top amenities and perfect location added a new dimension to my love for Sea Island. The cottage with its gorgeous interior and exterior grounds, first class kitchen , comfy beds and spa grade baths , yet just steps from the beach and minutes from.the cloister is the perfect place for family to gather or a romantic week for just a couple. I cannot say enough about the owner who was so kind and friendly and made arrival and departure a breeze! Thank you Lori for sharing your wonderful home . We loved the cottage and look forward to returning soon!

What a wonderful time we had at this spectacularly beautiful home and property. We expected a beauty based on the pictures but it was much larger and lovelier than expected. From start to finish an A plus experience. We did not want to leave and will absolutely look forward to returning to this slice of heaven as soon as possible. The owner was kind and helpful and went above and beyond to answer questions and help make the experience even better. We LOVED Cortage 282!

To begin with, Lori, the owner of the cottage is absolutely wonderful!!! My husband arrived several hours ahead of me and I asked him on the phone if the home was as pretty in person as the photos and he responded, “EVEN BETTER” and he never reviews anything but the GOLF COURSES!!!!! Best vacation for the entire family-ages 5 months to adults.

The house is much nicer than the beautiful photos. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the house looked like a show home except we all felt comfortable to relax and have fun. The location near the beach, the wonderful golf, and the beach club were all exceptional. Lori, the homeowner, was simply perfect to deal with. The entire experience could not have been easier. We are already thinking of booking another trip there with friends.

This cottage is top notch! Every detail of this home made our stay comfortable and memorable. We had four adults and seven teenagers and plenty of space for all! Kitchen well stocked and beautiful backyard space. Close proximity to the beach and the Cloister! All within a bike ride or a walk! Homeowner was a dream to work with and was always quick to respond with questions regarding our stay! Highly recommend!

We had another great vacation at Sea Island. The owner is so wonderful and her home is beautiful. The master suite is gorgeous and very comfortable. The bed, linens and towels are all really luxurious. The pool is a deep water, lap pool which is great for adults taking a dip or for exercise. There are multiple sitting areas, which is nice, and a stunning yard and a fire pit. The owner is wonderful with her communication of details, things to do and all details. I don’t know how she does it so effortlessly and perfectly every time. Sea Island is a special place and the cottage is beautiful, cozy and relaxing.

Seven of us rented this beautiful beach home for 8 days in June. It is, by far, the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect---the home had several different seating areas, DR, well equipped kitchen, ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom, a totally private backyard w a saltwater pool, outside dining and plenty of lounges and towels and 4 bikes, all a 2 minute walk to the beach, And Lori, the owner was so responsive and pleasant to work with. Wish we were still there!

The cottage is beautiful and it was a wonderful vacation. The owner makes it very easy by providing well-timed communication and if you need anything, she is very responsive. We couldn’t not have been happier — and we look forward to our next visit in a few weeks. One thing for guests to know, though the owner does tell you, and this is beyond the control of the owner the temporary membership to use the beach club, golf etc is $150 per adult per day. We enjoyed using all of the facilities as we had been going there for years and love the amenities, but if you’re staying with a large group you should be aware. This home is gorgeous. The owner is a lovely person and you will be very happy staying in their home — it’s perfect and magazine worthy!

So many adjectives to describe this home but Perfect will cover it! My family of seven so enjoyed multiple celebrations during our stay...a wedding, engagement, medical school acceptance, milestone birthday and Mothers Day. Again, this was the perfect setting. Beautiful. So Sea Island! Luxurious yet home felt. The grounds are immaculate. The pool and fire pit area are five star quality. We hardly ever left. Extremely well appointed throughout. We also indulged in the pool toys and bikes. Lori and I communicated by email and by phone. She is a jewel! If you have the "Perfect" vision in your mind for a Sea Island Vacation, you just found it.
