The Perfect Place for Beach Relaxation
This was our second stay at this property. We had no hesitation booking again. The photos show a true representation of the property. It is very spacious on the main floor which makes for a great spot to relax with family and friends. There are four bedrooms--two of which have access to a balcony overlooking the bay. The views from this home are phenomenal. Watching the sun set over the bay is priceless. You are able to walk to the beach, Pier 88 (which rents boats, kayaks, etc.), Scoops (ice cream shop) and some local restaurants and quick stop delis. The location can not be beat. The hosts were very responsive when we contacted them. The oven was in process of being replaced which was a bummer since we cook a lot but we were able to shift to using the grill and the well appointed kitchen. It is clear that the owners are updating the property little by little. The paint needs some refreshing and the upstairs bathrooms need a little love but everything was clean and functional. Since we were there last they had replaced the carpet with beautiful flooring that added to the beachy, open and airy feeling. We loved being in a home that felt cozy. We can not wait to book again for next year! If you are considering this property, don't hesitate because there is a lot to love here.

Great view, issues with lack of communication on broken oven
The view of the bay is wonderful, we enjoyed watching the sun set each evening, and the main living area is large and comfortable. The unit is also at the end of the street and it was quiet. These are the best things about the property. Regarding the interior there are some things that need updating and attention in the bathrooms upstairs and the kitchen. Our biggest issue was that we did not have an oven the entire time we were there. We arrived to find the oven was broken and the owners knew it was broken but did not warn us. I would have appreciated a head's up on the broken oven before arrival because we packed a cooler full of food we intended to cook in the kitchen while we were there (we ate the majority of our meals in the house) and we needed an oven to cook some of our meals, but we could not do so. Had we known it was busted before arrival, we could have made alternate plans - for instance not packing and bringing the food to cook lasagna or baked chicken. I did not receive any updates on the oven being fixed while I was there. Overall the house was pleasing to stay in and like I mentioned the view and quiet were appreciated, but I felt like communication was lacking when it came to a major issue with the full use of the kitchen.

Great place!
Chrissy’s place was wonderful! The view of the bay was beautiful and the house was much more spacious than it looked in the photos. It had all the appliances that we needed and the host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend their place!

Great Week in Sea Isle
If you want to enjoy a daily sunset and only have to walk about 10 feet, rent the Turtle Bay House. Main floor is open and spacious. Upstairs bedrooms are adequate in terms of size but could use some minor repairs/attention. Last house on 81st --- very quiet. The birds in the marsh were far louder than any neighbors. It was a great week during a season where it was a challenge to find a Sea Isle rental.

AMAZING VIEW!
Our stay was incredible - highly recommend this property. The view is incredible and the main living space is MUCH bigger than photographed. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen alliances could be updated, but we ordered/ate out majority of the time so we were not impacted by this.
I would highly recommend this property - amazing location and view!

OH My - The VIEW!!!
We chose this property due to location and then the view. The view DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Chrissy is very responsive; so if you need anything, you will be able to contact her. The house is great - four bedrooms, two full baths and a powder room, large family room, kitchen - very comfortable home. Two lovely decks with wonderful views. Please be aware that you must bring your own towels and sheets to this property. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A Wonderful Beach Getaway
This property was a perfect getaway for my family of 4 and there is plenty of room for more than 4 people. The location gives you the best of the bay and the beach in Sea Isle. It is an easy walk to the beach and it allows for the most stunning sunsets over the bay while sitting on the deck in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, gadgets,etc... The long breakfast bar was perfect for preparing and eating. The layout on the main floor is open, spacious and comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms-2 of which open out to another deck that overlooks the bay. The pictures that are provided are a true indicator of the home which we appreciate. The bathrooms and some of the paint and carpets need some updating but they were functional and clean. We had to contact the owner once and she got right back to us which was really great. This house really felt like home to us during our stay and we look forward to the opportunity to go back again and make more beach memories.

Beautiful bay view
This is a nice spacious home with spectacular bay views. Watching the boats go by in the morning and sunsets at night made it all worth it. The living room was large and bedrooms were very nice. There is a king, 2queens and 2 twins. The kitchen is in rough condition and definitely not cleaned well. Pots, pans in bad shape and lack of serving bowls made cooking alittle difficult. Bathrooms were clean but pretty old.
