“Very comfy beds. Clean, light room and friendly staff. Tea and coffee available in the room . The karioke downstairs stopped at 11pm which was fine and we slept well. We could have done with some towel hooks or a rail and a few instructions like how to turn on the radiator and what to do with the key when we left ( we worked those things out in the end !)”

“Una posada en un lugar difícil de encontrar (El GPS lleva a un lugar a una milla de distancia) que ofrece alojamiento simple y asequible para visitar, principalmente, Durham. El entorno es residencial y no tiene ningún interés. La habitación limpia y agradable para descansar y poco mas. Hay establecimientos con comida para llevar cerca. Desayuno inglés y servicio muy agradable.”

“Brilliant place to stay as a family, very clean and lovely place to stay, location by a private farm in the sticks you’re surrounded by grass, views, water and horses it’s beautiful. Great size accommodation and with modern kitchen and bathroom making staying here great. Located close to mainly areas, Beamish, Newcastle, Durham etc. Can’t recommend this place enough a lovely cozy warm stay.”
