“Beautiful home with great location close to the beach and Seal Beach main street full of shopping and restaurants. Susan was a great host who was quick to reply and thoughtful with a welcome tray full of snacks and a vase of flowers. She sent over needed supplies for the house and even included treats for our dogs. I would highly recommend this house and hope to visit again.”

“Crash pad only. Titled "guest house" but the unit is a sectioned off portion of the host's home. It does not have a kitchen, living room, or any comfortable seating area. It is two bedrooms with a hallway in between. Small alcove has a microwave and minifridge arranged uncomfortably so as not to be user friendly. The coffee maker was set up in the bathroom. No apparent toiletries (old mismatched ones were found in a dusty drawer) and we ran out of tissues the first night. He said we could ask...
