Perfect Seal Beach House
A truly lovely property. Everything was clean and tasteful. We loved the backyard fire pit area. Location was a quick walk to the beach or into town. Would highly recommend this property. The owner was super to work with as well.

Fabulous location for a quiet getaway!
The beautiful home was very well equipped, super clean and made for a very enjoyable stay. This was our first time at Seal Beach. Loved the sleepy little neighborhood and perfect location to walk to dinner, spas, and shopping!

Excellent Beach Vacation Home!
This house is perfect for a family or group of friends. It is very close to the beach. Quiet, safe area. Excellent communication with owner. Short walk to Main St and the Pier. The house had everything we needed! We would absolutely love to stay here again and again!

Amazing weekend stay
We looked at a lot of different properties to celebrate my husband’s birthday with a little get away and found this amazing location. It was perfect! It was very clean and well appointed. The host was amazing and very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the short walk to the beach. We highly recommend staying here ❤️

Anniversary Getaway
We currently live in AZ but we lived in CA for 30+ years so we decided to celebrate our 50th Anniversary back in OC. The location was amazing and so was the house. Plenty of room to share with son’s family. The host was spectacular especially with prompt communication. Would be glad to return.

Great house and great host
The house is in great shape and conveniently has all the rooms upstairs, which makes it easy when having kids around. Nice back patio for hanging out, and very close to the beach. Host was wonderful and we will definitely be renting again!

Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful time at this Seal Beach home. The house was clean and beautiful. Jennifer, the owner, was helpful and quick to reply. Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the pier and Main street. Best part of the house was the little backyard with a patio and fire pit. It was the perfect place to relax and end each day with a glass of wine. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Seal Beach Location
Spacious home with plenty of comfortable furniture located a short walk from Main St and pier. Has on-site parking. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of pots/pans and miscellaneous utensils. Highly recommend.

Great house in a perfect location!
Our stay in Old Town Seal Beach was absolutely perfect. This home is large and comfortable, well equipped and in a perfect location to walk everywhere in Seal Beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very nice and responded promptly to every question we had. We will definitely be back and may even consider staying for a few weeks at a time. That’s how much we love Seal Beach and enjoyed this particular rental.

Very nice place. Quiet at night for sleeping. AC was great
This place is as described. We are veteran visitors to Seal Beach (30+ years visiting). This is one of the best places we rented. The owner was on top of all communication. Would have like additional sets of keys but we managed. It is well appointed with nice furnishing and amenities. Could have used a larger dining room table. The outdoor area is very nice as well.

Seal Beach Getaway
We vacationed at this great beach house with our 2 kids (ages 11 & 15). The house was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our own meals if we chose to. Main St is within a short walking distance and has plenty of dining and shopping options. The beach is a 5 min walk down the street. We fell in love with Seal Beach and the neighborhood this house is located in. We will definitely be back!

Perfect!
The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The patio and yard are gorgeous! It is a very short walk to the beach and they have everything you need..umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards and a wagon to pull it in! The simplest check-in and check-out that I’ve ever encountered. Lovely area, and so close to Main Street. Everything is within walking distance.

Great Time
Property was extremely close to beach which was great! The check in process was something I’ve never had happen. Was told they would meet me there and to let them know day before what time I would be there then again one hour before checking in. I followed their request and when giving day before notice I was asked to text outside of app one hour before check in. After that I was told check in would be done over phone once at property. I guess that’s a go around to check me out. Also, one star lost due to water has strong odor coming from all pipes and bedding was all old, sheets super thin. They appeared to be clean though. No allergy/bug covers on pillows or mattress. All closets have tons of stuff thrown in with no organization. The garage is small so unless you have small vehicle will be hard to park in as other side is also used. Overall though we had fun, nice area.

This place was fantastic! The house is well-equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed the backyard fire pit every evening and all of the beach stuff at the place. The house is steps from the nicest beaches in Southern California. Easy walk to the pier and restaurants.

QUINTESSENTIAL BEACH HOUSE
We absolutely loved our stay in Seal Beach. The neighborhood is lovely, mostly residents and not tourists, and the beach and town were all in walking distance. The property itself is beautifully furnished and well maintained. Would definitely go back!

Best work trip ever!
My co workers and I are getting smarter and smarter about hotels vs RBVO homes. This by far was a great choice. The accommodations were great. Very clean and so worth it! IF we need another trip to the LB area we will be back.

Spring break 2022
This property was fantastic! We only used 2 of the bedrooms but seeing the 3rd was great :) The weather was beautiful and the house was very close walking distance to the beach and the main drag of town. Having the garage was perfect - luckily we didn’t bring the truck but sharing the garage space was easy enough. It was fun to explore a new beach town! The owner was very fast to respond and super helpful getting my favorite sweater back to me when I realized I had left it behind! Thank you for that by the way!!! Beds were comfy, temp was good at night, kitchen stocked with needed items - all in all a great stay!

Rainy Beach Christmas
What an unusual Seal Beach experience, with rain all week. Thank God for this great property though, where we had space to spread out and get cozy. So close to the beach, we were able to go for long walks and enjoy the Main Street very easily. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. We will be renting again!

Perfect home and experience!
This property was simply perfect for my family and I. We especially loved all the beach toys and wagon that was available to us, the fire pit in the backyard and the beautiful beach just steps away. We walked to Main St. for meals and shopping and made sure to be at the beach for both sunrise and sunset.

The Perfect Spot!
Wonderful house easily within walking distance to Main Street. Very nicely decorated and also the floor plan works really well. All of the bathrooms have a shower or bath tub. One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi tub! The little balcony off one of the second floor bedrooms is a bonus! It's wonderful that all the beach supplies were furnished....beach towels, chairs, sand buckets. Perfect! We all loved it!

My husband and I along with his brother and sister-in-law used this beautiful home as our home base to visit family in Tarzana and San Juan Capistrano. It was very clean…..the beds were comfortable and our sister-in-law used the tub every night. The outdoor area was wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked. Jennifer was super responsive with any questions that came up during our stay and she walked us thru the check-in via the phone. Seal Beach is a great town and LOTS of restaurants within walking distance…..if we are ever in the area again, we would rent this house again in a heartbeat!!

Wonderful home in the absolute best location!
Everything about this experience was wonderful! Communication was outstanding and the house is adorable...Much larger than it looks. The pictures don’t fully capture how cute this home is. From the minute we arrived, we felt comfortable. Especially loved our nights on the patio, sipping wine by the fire. We hope to come back soon!!
