“The location of this property is ideal for visiting Bass lighthouse, taking in various hikes, visiting unassuming Southwest Harbor! The property is large, with plenty of living space, inside and out. The big kitchen has a sweet breakfast nook which overlooks the deck, while the dining room would be perfect for a lobster feed. Outdoors, the jacuzzi is private, and away from the fire pit where we could star gaze, given the wide open vistas. The garage was an extra treat, as it kept us from...

“Perfect place for a home base around Acadia NP!Stayed for a few days with my wife and our five kids. The place was clean and cozy and had such a great vibe for relaxing after long days on the hiking trails! 5stars… highly recommend!”

“Our family of 4 and 3 dogs enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spot. Being right on the water made for a nice view in the early mornings and evenings. We were within easy access to restaurants and a short drive to everything Acadia has to offer. Our top activities included pastries and pizza from Little Notch bakery, visiting the Carroll homestead, hiking the Wonderland trail, visiting the lighthouse, the beach, and Jordan Pond loop with popovers afterwards. I highly recommend staying in this...

“Quit, peaceful, and spacious with amenities that met everyone’s needs. We had a wonderful time.”

“Everything was as promised in the property description and in notes by recent guests. The property is in a wonderful location for those interested in visiting Acadia National Park and nearby towns. It is comfortable, well maintained, well appointed, and welcoming. Our host, Amy, made it so easy for our group of four to check in and out, and to fully relax and enjoy our time together by the coast. The kitchen is set up with plenty of prep space and a full set of cookware items to support an...

“We LOVED this property!! It is perfectly situated location wise for anything that you want to do in the Acadia and Bar Harbor area. The property was very clean and adorable. So many nice extra touches like the coffee bar and the snacks! There is a great amount of land to walk the dogs on (just not fenced). It seemed like an incredibly safe area, even walking at night. Loved looking through the guest book for ideas from other guests. TV easy to log into your streaming services and automatically...

“A clean, spacious and comfortable place to stay. Very responsive host. Good location to visit Acadia national park.”

“Host was very friendly and quick to reply to questions. House was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay over before we headed out to Acadia National Park the next day. Nightime sky from the dock over the lake was incredible! So many stars!”
