“We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It's a short drive to the Camden Snow Bowl and from downtown Camden. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The attention to detail was appreciated. We imagine it would be a great place to stay in the Summer months. Overall we highly recommend!”

“We had some issues upon check-in with the propane. They got it all sorted very quickly and were kind about the whole situation. The view is spectacular and area is peaceful. My kids were in awe of the amount of fish they caught right off the dock. The house is very well stocked with all you’d possibly need. We would stay there again! ”

“This cute little house was quite the perfect little place for us. It was definitely the cleanest place we have ever rented! It was perfectly located for a walk in to town as well as for adventures on the road. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The mattress was just how I like them to be. The bathroom was tight but the space was well used. The owner politely contacted us before coming over to plant some flowers. We really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend...

“We love to support small farms when we travel and this was a convenient location in between our plans in Portland and Acadia. The cottage is at the top of the hill with panoramic views. We woke up to thick fog which blanketed the scenery in clouds and made for scenery which we don't often get to see. The cottage is brand new and very clean and comfortable. “House review The house was very clean, the best we ever rented in the last 20 years. However the house had problems. Of the five living room windows facing west to the lake, only one opened, and it was only about 10 inches. The living room A/C didn’t work well and the room was extremely hot with the sun shining directly in. “This is a charming, rustic property in a lovely setting and extremely quiet and peaceful! Our host Carol is wonderful, very thoughtful and helpful a truly lovely person! She shares great recommendations for hiking, fun places to get almost any kind of food you may be craving. This is not a fancy cottage, it's absolutely perfect for relaxing and is a perfect location for hiking and exploring. “This cottage is situated on a beautiful lake. The living room is positioned so you can stare at the big windows at the lake. It is nestled amongst trees and has stairs down to a sandy beach where it was set up to have a fire on the beach as well as chairs to sit in. This cabin is rustic and very quaint. The property manager was very attentive, welcoming, and friendly.”

“We just finished a five-night stay at this property. Rustic is the perfect way to describe it along with offering modern amenities like 1 and 1/2 baths, a complete kitchen, washer dryer and great internet. It's a great secluded location with the General Store just a five minute drive away.”
