Le gustó: Limpieza, servicios, condiciones de la propiedad
Some good and some bad here. Very short walk to see the ocean or get on the bike path. The free breakfast was better than any other comparable hotel. Ham and egg croissants, spinach fertada and the dining staff were very attentive and nice. Pool, jacuzzi, courtyard and bar area were all very nice. Gym was clean and had equipment choices. 5 minute drive to monterey.
The bad: For it being a brand new property, the room quality is not great. Bed sheets, blankets and pillows are awful. TV volume very quiet on some channels. If your window is facing the Costco be prepared to hear delivery truck noises, loud banging etc all night long. Only the hand held shower head worked.
Most of the staff were pleasant, although not overly friendly. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 4:30pm, and I was told it may be a few hours before they could get me in a room. A complimentary drink at the bar for the inconvenience would’ve gone along way but they didn’t offer anything. Missed opportunity.
